Staff was great and that was literally the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel room. No hyperbole. My wife texted me the same thing when I was golfing the next day

The room was aesthetically pleasing, clean, and felt safe. Staff was exceptionally kind and professional. Today, I left my clothes hanging in the closet at check out. When I realized it, I called and the front desk clerk was so sweet and reassuring. Upon my arrival to reclaim my clothes, she patiently walked me back to the room and let me in then told me to have a safe trip home. She seemed to genuinely care.

Comfy and very clean
Front desk was very friendly and helpful upon check in last night . The tv in my room wasn’t working and she moved me quickly to a room next door . The bed was cozy and I slept well . The room is spacious and spotless . No breakfast at this hotel but plenty of options all around including McD and chick fila . Good stay

The staff was friendly and they already had my key card and paperwork printed so the registration process was quick and easy. This was really nice in comparison to the registration wait at other properties. The property was clean and in great condition.

Entire hotel smells like smoke. No volume control on TV. Attendant was not in a rush to check me in when I arrived.

我们根据图片中的游泳池预订了酒店，但当我们到达酒店时，却发现没有游泳池。我们和一大群年轻女孩一起来参加垒球锦标赛，没有地方可以一起闲逛，当我们想出去玩时，他们告诉我们要保持安静，并给我们安排了晚上 8 点的宵禁！如果游泳池是真实的，而不是路边公寓大楼的照片，我们就会有一个地方可以闲逛。此外，他们告诉我们有一张大号床，但实际上只有一张双人床。
他们怎么可能不检查房间，里面到处都是动物、黄蜂，工作人员非常粗鲁，告诉我们要等另一只出来，这样他们就可以做点什么，直到我们不高兴并说我们要起诉他们，因为我们要和黄蜂一起睡，这是有史以来最糟糕的酒店
