Regina Glover at the front desk was beyond amazing and professional. I would book again just because of her energy. The staff was amazing with keeping the room stocked with fresh towels and emptying the trash.

Everything was good except breakfast. We had to get up early and was down for breakfast about 6:45. The coffee was just warm each morning, left over from the night before. Had to request coffee from the kitchen

Check In needs improvement
The check in experience was a mess. Apparently they overbooked my room and cancelled my reservation entirely.This lead me to have to move rooms in which they stated we would not have to pay for because of the inconvenience. When in fact they had already charged me for two nights of a no show, which clearly I did show up and they ran the wrong form of payment also leading to my credit taking a negative hit. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.

This hotel was cheap. I have photos of a worn out, greasy and torn chair, the only one to sit in in the room.
The pull down white privacy curtain had a 3” vertical cut in it, the flooring in the bathroom was misfit to where it didn’t butt up against the walls floor boards. There was mold in the shower caulking. Cheap IKEA furniture, no luxury at all. No Keurig coffee pot in the room as other hotels have.
I have photos of all of this and more, but there’s no place to post these photos on this ******* site.
We’re looking for another hotel chain to stay in.
