This property is very run down and noisy. They were not accommodating with being off 1st floor. Our shower didn't properly work-broken. They never tried to fix and they left trash and dirty towels a full day-we had to request they clean it.

The suite was spacious including more of a kitchen area to work with during the week stay. The included breakfast was standard but good and convenient . A/c worked great. All room standard amenities were available and adequate. Staff was nice. The internet connection is the one issue I had which limited use of streaming services and remote work tasks. Thankfully I was able to use an alternative wifi option for work tasks part of the time in the room. Also there's always a certain odor or musk (maybe carpet cleaner or air sanitizer of sorts) in non-newer hotel rooms with carpet or cloth furniture that isn't horrible but not ideal and tends to permeate clothing etc. I'd stay there again if needed.

The room had bed bugs so we checked out early. The hotel staff also didn’t seem concerned with our complaint and offered a free item from the store rather than helping to take care of the problem.

Check in was quick and easy. We stayed here for a football game at Prairie View A&M.The beds were a little lumpy, but I slept well and appreciated the two kids of pillows offered (soft/firm). The bathroom was stocked with all Dove products. The in room coffee bar was stocked with everything needed for cup of coffee to go. I didn’t try the breakfast buffet, but I did see some of the pastries offered, and they looked tasty. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a close, clean, and convenient option.

Bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs in all) the rooms I showed the manager the bed bug and he asked me if I brought it t the hotel I came straight from the airport then he said said he would refund me and I’d have to leave with my three young kids at 11 pm at night in a town I know nothing about

There were bed bugs, on the bed. We had to move rooms. We were then put into #1108.

There AGAIN were bed bugs on the floor ALOT of them. Previous reviews also stated this hotel has bed bugs. I had to ck out and get a refund, there were no other hotels with rooms, as this was the weekend parents dropped their kids at college. Luckily, my mom had also got a room and we were able to stay in her RM. Did not see any in RM 1111. The mgr/owner didnt seem to care and said if they were here someone brought them. Mind you, we JUST got off the plane and do not have bed bugs in my home. Shame on ********** for hosting this hotel. As many have told you this hotel has bed bugs

At check in we were greeted by a very friendly staff. Went straight to our room to drop off our bags. Hallways, and main lobby were very clean. All looked in good order. Went to the restroom in our suite and it was filthy. I was going to just let it go thinking it was old but then I found a pile of hair on the bathroom floor and that did it for me. When we left for the evening I mentioned that our bathroom might have missed getting cleaned between guests. The one gal at the office just said “oh no” while a man just replied “we will take care of it”. Not sure it was taken care of or cleaned but the pile hair was gone when we got back and some towels rearranged. Your guess is as good as mine at what got cleaned. The breakfast was ok. My kids were happy. We were in town for baseball and picked this motel based off reviews. After spending time in the room to look around: walls were filthy. Ceilings were filthy. How does that happen? Just a solid layer of filth. I wore my shoes in the room. The only thing that seemed clean was the bed sheets. Thank goodness. AC rattled all night. Room was muggy and I feel like it probably has mold. Our friends stayed here as well and they said their room was fine. So maybe just the suites need help.
