honestly this hotel is kind of a dump... It looks ok from the outside but inside its not great. the bathroom was dirty there was hair on the wall in the bathroom the floor was dirty. The bed is pretty big and comfortable..... but the craziest part is I came back from my event tonight and tried to watch TV, there were no batteries in the remote and the power supply was missing. The girl from the hotel took forever trying to get it to work and it never worked so basically I have no TV available in my room.... this place is kinda terrible.

Hot and loud
The air conditioner in the room did not work. We checked in unloaded turned on ac, we went to dinner and walked around the mall. When we got back the room had not cooled off. I went down to the lobby to see about the ac it was just before 11pm but no one was in the office so i stepped outside for a smoke. Tried to go back in about 1110 but the door would not open. Then i see a sign on the side window half falling off that says door locks at 11. I tried my key card on what looked like a sensor but it did not work. Then tried the phone on the wall which no one ever answered. I had to call my family to come down and let me in. With no one at the desk i had to go upstairs to a hot room. To top it off we had to listen to what sounded like stomping, running from one end of the room to the other and jumping off the bed and landing on the floor until 2 or 3 am. When i checked out i tried to tell the desk person the the ac did not work in 209 all i got was oh ok. After a frustrating night i was ready to go. Then i was told by my daughters that a hous keeping person took some pictures of our room when we were making trips to load up the car. Not sure what that was about but we were already on our way

The property outside looks like it has been remodeled but inside has not. The hallway floor felt unsafe underfoot and had large red stains. The first room we got had not been cleaned and the second room smelled musty and like old cigarettes.

The staff here was amazing. The pillows were super comfortable the room was clean. The sheets were also comfortable and very clean obviously maintained well. The staff was very accommodating. Given a very impromptu Needed say this was a great spot.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT CLEAN
At check in staff was not friendly. Room was dirty. Bathroom floor you’ll want shower shoes, there were stains on bedding, trash under side tables, walls and curtains were dirty and stained, there were pills on side of bed. Absolutely not a place I would ever recommend. Mattress on pull out couch was disgusting.

Room was not clean up on check-in. Hair in shower. Food left in fridge. Tabletop was a mess like something had been spilled and not cleaned up. Mattresses did not sit on frame, so they kept moving.

Comfort Inn
No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom. Bathtub was dirty and extremely slippery. Very little toilet paper, only one used roll that was almost out. Door to enter hotel lobby wouldn't open when i tried coming back inside.

The bed was adequate. There was black hair in the bathtub and stuck to the shower curtain. No soap in bathroom just several bottles of shampoo. The hallway carpet and stairwells were filthy and littered with trash. The elevator was broken. Sticky handrails in stairwells. Back door at bottom of stairwell was propped open with a rock so poor security. Would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in need of an update, grout on bathroom floor is broken and the carpet wasn’t the cleanest but overall for one nights stay not terrible
