As always, the staff was friendly and efficient, the room was clean & had everything we needed, and breakfast was great.

Hotel is dated. Our room had old pillows and bedding. The room must not be leveled because the drawers in nightstand and dresser would open by itself. Few hooks in bathroom were broken. Breakfast was okay

Overall the room was very clean and well kept. However, I had to wait an extra 1.5 hours passed check-in time to be able to get into my pre-booked room (due to low staffing, apparently?).
I only have two complaints -
1) The shower head was ATROCIOUSLY DIRTY. As in, I worry about potential respiratory infection from having been using that shower head... it was *BAD*. The shower/bath itself was nice and clean, but the shower head looks like it hasn't been cleaned in literal YEARS.
2) The internet, despite being lauded as "great" and "speedy" in other comments, was barely a 3mb connection. It petered out quite regularly, and was not usable for anything more than FB / X usage... even streaming would randomly go into "loading" status using it.
Aside from those complaints, the stay was delightful and the staff were great.

Pros: facility was clean; beds seemed clean as did the bathroom; parking was good; safe location; easy on and off the highway
Cons: a bit outdated; water from tub dripped all night; walls are VERY thin - could hear the kids stomping upstairs at 6AM; breakfast ran out of some things; tip cup on the dining table; check in person was just “there” nothing special or extra friendly but not rude either
Don’t expect much; it’s a good mid cost hotel; be prepared to grab breakfast out though

The only observation for this visit involves the overall construction of the hotel. We stayed in room 210. We were able to hear the guests in room 310 every time they moved about their room.
Other than that, we had a great experience. Cierra, the front desk attendant, did a great job for us. And, her manager did a great job helping her with a process she was not comfortable with. Nicely done by all staff.

Rooms are out dated.. there was a standing light behind sofa bed we moved chair forward there was so much dust on light fixture disgusting i don't it has ever been clean.. room smelled musty.

Our sheets had not been changed and there was urine on the comforter, possibly from a pet. They served biscuits for breakfast and they were burnt on the outside and cold in the middle. We stayed on the second floor and the third floor was extremely squeaky.

Hotel was run down. The walls and ceiling were patched. The carpet in the room felt dirty. All three drawers in the nightstand wouldn’t stay closed. Front desk said it was due to a slight elevation on one end?? She did offer to give me points for the inconvenience.
