The rooms could use extensive updates. The gym was nasty, I cleaned it while i was using it. The outside lanscaping was horrible, it needs attention.

Shocked to have paid over $150 for a room for a night when it seemed like it should be about $55 a night. Felt unsafe. There was a needle laying in the parking lot. Felt very sketchy. Started itching in the room and couldn’t stop until we left. Very old and outdated for nightly cost. Pool was green and broken. Treadmill was broken. The room smelled of some type of cleaner and was way too strong but I think they did it to cover up the “other” smells. Bed was uncomfortable and had stains on the unwashed comforter. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Wish I had something positive to say but it was literally that bad.

In town for a funeral. Upon our check in we entered our room and the room had not been cleaned. We were moved to another room. The carpet in the elevator was extremely dirty.
Our new room had paint chipping off the wall around the ac unit and mold growing in the bathroom.
The room smelled funny when we entered.
The staff was fantastic.

We did not get 2 beds, were given keys to a room that was occupied and we walked in on a guy.

Receptionist was not helpful. He did not offer any other optiins when the room type we had picked was not available. The building needs to be updated.

Breakfast was not impressive drinks were all out only cranberry juice and food was not hot. Pancake machine had no batter apparently. Room was clean but hotel needs some love walls nicked up and some better cleaning of common areas. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Property is a bit worn. Hallway carpets need to be cleaned or replaced. Damaged tile and water damage in our bathroom which should be fixed. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast is hot, but not great. Room air conditioner is very noisy. Nothing awful about the hotel, but it could be better. Feels like the hotel is about due for un update.
