The staff are friendly and polite. The breakfast is great. However, the hotel need an overhaul. The carpet is in need of replacement asap. Otherwise, its convenient to many restaurants

Spent two noisy but fun days in Pigeon Forge. A car show was brewing so all kinds of loud motors were everywhere but it made for an interesting time. The hotel is perfectly located and a great stay.

总体来说住宿体验不错。不过，按摩浴缸的喷头不断喷出黑色碎屑。我们没有使用浴缸。前台人员确实因此调整了我们的房费。
第一天还好，没有问题。第二天我们遇到了蚂蚁，但工作人员很快就解决了。第三天，步行区的迷你冰箱漏水了。我已经向前台报告了。早餐和工作人员都很棒。
很棒的过夜住宿，适合家庭聚会的短途旅行。早餐不错，员工友好，附近购物和餐饮场所很方便。
每天的早餐都很棒。位置很好。唯一的问题是我们的房间里没有多余的椅子。
