The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!
酒店还不错。前台那位工作人员有点怪——他似乎因为我没有下载万豪App办理入住而感到不高兴。我根本不知道要下载，而且那不正是他的工作吗？他也不是特别热情。房间很小，也有些老旧，但总体来说体验还不错，因为我们当时主要在外面游览，只是晚上把酒店当睡觉的地方。
酒店的维护和卫生问题
房间很小。浴室除了马桶太小，使用起来非常不方便之外，其他一切都很好。我要求换房，但被告知酒店已满。这可以理解。
但是，办理入住时并没有告诉我房间只有在客人要求后才会打扫。我们住了5晚。每次提出要求后，房间才被打扫。在我入住期间，男卫生间的用品和清洁都无人问津。
此外，早餐桌上每天都摆放着明显腐烂的苹果。
不错，但是很吵
非常吵。凌晨一点多，我房间隔壁就传来砰砰的关门声、孩子们的喧闹声，还有狗叫声。
空调风扇一直转不动。313房间。外面只有噪音。
一切都有积极的一面，但我唯一担心的是，为什么晚班员工布鲁克拒绝在那个时间喝咖啡，当我在晚上 6 点左右要求喝咖啡时，当我转身时，有一对夫妇正在餐厅喝咖啡。我刚到，从我站着的前台没有看到。我只是想知道她为什么这样做，仅此而已。其余的住宿都很棒，有自疫情以来最好的早餐。非常感谢。
我选择费尔菲尔德是因为我认为它比其他酒店更好 我的期望肯定太高了 房间打扫得不太干净 有 2 个大人和 2 个小孩。一张床没有床单，只有 2 条浴巾、1 条手巾，没有洗澡巾 我听到早餐工作人员抱怨缺少产品 就像我说的，也许我的期望太高了
我们在那里住了 3 晚。我们要求客房服务，但房间从未打扫过。有一次我被告知他们没有干净的毛巾了 🤔
他们给我们安排的第一个房间很脏，他们给我们安排了隔壁的房间，那个房间也很脏。我们告诉前台的女孩，她说她与客房服务无关，他们当天已经走了。
