The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great!
酒店还不错。前台那位工作人员有点怪——他似乎因为我没有下载万豪App办理入住而感到不高兴。我根本不知道要下载,而且那不正是他的工作吗?他也不是特别热情。房间很小,也有些老旧,但总体来说体验还不错,因为我们当时主要在外面游览,只是晚上把酒店当睡觉的地方。
酒店的维护和卫生问题
房间很小。浴室除了马桶太小,使用起来非常不方便之外,其他一切都很好。我要求换房,但被告知酒店已满。这可以理解。
但是,办理入住时并没有告诉我房间只有在客人要求后才会打扫。我们住了5晚。每次提出要求后,房间才被打扫。在我入住期间,男卫生间的用品和清洁都无人问津。
此外,早餐桌上每天都摆放着明显腐烂的苹果。
不错,但是很吵
非常吵。凌晨一点多,我房间隔壁就传来砰砰的关门声、孩子们的喧闹声,还有狗叫声。
空调风扇一直转不动。313房间。外面只有噪音。
一切都有积极的一面,但我唯一担心的是,为什么晚班员工布鲁克拒绝在那个时间喝咖啡,当我在晚上 6 点左右要求喝咖啡时,当我转身时,有一对夫妇正在餐厅喝咖啡。我刚到,从我站着的前台没有看到。我只是想知道她为什么这样做,仅此而已。其余的住宿都很棒,有自疫情以来最好的早餐。非常感谢。

我们在那里住了 3 晚。我们要求客房服务,但房间从未打扫过。有一次我被告知他们没有干净的毛巾了 🤔
