Room was great the only problem was the intense smell of the cleaning products. Literally woke me up.

This hotel was horrible I checked in for a night just to relax and there was blood on my room floor. I went to the front desk to ask if I could change rooms because if the blood the front desk guy was so rude and tried to tell me it was not blood. I took a picture and showed him and he argued with me until I requested my money back. He was so rude about giving me a refund and was so rude I would never ever ever book this place again.

I made a reservation and received confirmation. I was lied to by the hotel staff. I was told that ******* had canceled my reservation. I found myself at midnight in the rain with nowhere to go. ******* did not cancel my reservation as stated. The hotel staff did so and left me stranded. I was very dissatisfied. The hotel clerk was courteous.
