This stay has me considering never booking an IHG property again. The bed was motel 6 quality, the walls were so thin I could hear upstairs and next door using the bathroom and shower, plus actual conversations - hallway noise I can understand, but this was unbelievable. Front desk at check in was brusque and when I saw where I was, I checked to see if another room NOT next to an ice machine was available for my 4 night, business stay, I didn’t even get a “sorry”, just “No, nothing else available”.
There were no luggage carts at check out, because housekeeping was using them to cart soap refills! There is also no reason for housekeeping to vacuum hallways at 9pm - twice during this stay.
After the first interaction with the front desk, I didn’t even bother bringing up the lack of water pressure, hot water, and a mostly-clogged sink…
One rough and noisy night, I can handle - I’m an outside salesperson who spends ~100 nights a year in hotels. But 4 nights? I’m never staying here again, and I’ve informed my trade association of 120 members to avoid this property for our 2x/year events.
It is clear this place needs much better management, or a downgrade to one of IHG’s more budget brands. I haven’t had such a lousy week in decades.

While all IHG hotels need to meet certain criteria, we don't think it's warranted to avoid all other IHG hotels based upon an extremely disappointing experience at one in particular.That being said, we're very sorry to read this. It's a shame, because one has to wonder if simply having a different room in another area of the hotel would have made all the difference. We are having our maintenance staff check the plumbing issues you mentioned in that room to ensure any outstanding issues are addressed prior to renting that room again. All of that being said, we are confident in our ability to provide an enjoyable experience as evidenced by so many other positive reviews that have been posted about our hotel. These aren't aberrations, and, despite everything, we hope for the opportunity to welcome you back in order to prove it. Front desk was very helpful and friendly.
Room was a little small, but we were there for one night, it did its job.
Hotel is connects to Wild Bills. Good food and drinks, great atmosphere.

Everything was fine with the room, however, waking up around 8am to a bunch of workers talking in the hallway right outside our door kinda ******.
Food at Wild Bill’s……..I’ll never eat there again. 3 times now I ask for a well done burger yet, when it comes, it’s still mooing.
Little disappointed this time around but I’ve had great stays before.

Room was nice, and the staff were amazing. Only things that weren't the best were the beds and after they cleaned out room they forgot to leave new towels but that was no big deal as the front desk brought some up to us when we called.

Parking is always easy at the Holiday Inn. There was on guest who was very loud and disrupting until late in the night. After numerous calls down to the desk, he was talked to about his behaviors.
