The hotel was great. Friendly staff, clean and close to everything. Unexpected fee for parking ($21) per night, but was very secure. We were on the second floor and the street noise was terrible! Do yourself a favor and ask for a room higher up. They have 8 floors to choose from.

The water in the shower had one temperature - HOT! We could not adjust the tempature to take a shower. The KEURIG in the room did not work either. The bottom of one wrapped cups intended for coffee was dirty. The lighting in the room was dim.

We inspected the Keurig, and it appears to be working. We have noted their operation can sometimes be confusing, so we apologize for that! Lastly, we are planning on switching out our in-room light bulbs with brighter varieties, so you can plan on that being a non-issue by the new year. Wonderful!
It was wonderful! It was so close to the arena!! It had a key lock on the lobby and a restaurant right in the hotel. It was perfect in every way for what we needed. And the beds were comfortable too.

Great stay during the state fair. They provided a shuttle running every hour. The restaurant/bar is convenient. All staff were friendly and very helpful.

Our go to hotel in st. Paul
Staff is friendly. Rooms are always clean. Like the location and parking. Had a shuttle to and from the state fair which we were not expecting but so happy they had it.

Great staff
The staff was great. Steve checked us in and out, and he was super friendly and helpful. We also used the shuttle and our drivers were friendly and efficient. This is a great place to stay.

Downtown St. Paul
Good, comfortable beds. The internet was not good at all. The bathroom lighting is very poor in my opinion. The onsight restaurant, Wild Bill's, is worth going to. Great service and great food in a nice atmosphere. I will return to this property.
