The hotel needs a GOOD cleaning. The tub was peeling, room was averagely cleaned and the whole place smelled.

We had good traffic and arrived 1 hour before check in but was allowed to check in early, had extremely early morning flight and check out was easy, regardless of the time.

The hotel double charged my credit card. When I brought it to their attention they reversed the charges. However, it felt like they have dishonest business practices. In addition, the floor that I was on had a mildew odor that greeted you when you got off the elevator. It was a very unpleasant smell.

The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. The dirtiest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in!

The hotel was decent. The staff was friendly. The room itself was dusty and the shower curtain smelled moldy. There’s was dust on the tables and counters.

The staff were very polite and helpful. We had to change our room twice, first time too humid, water dripping from ceiling, second time hinge was broken on door, couldn’t shut door, last room felt very damp and humid, toilet was plugged. Breakfast was limited, was told that there was no pancakes, waffles fresh fruit, wraps or orange juice.
