Room is like a mini apartment. The bedroom is seperate with double doors which makes it very spacious and offers some privacy from the living space and kitchen.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, there was definitely a stench in the room. Also, the neighboring room was quite noisy late into the night making it difficult to sleep.

I was sent an online check in form which asked if I had any special requests. I asked to have an early check in despite check in being 3:00pm. We arrived at 2:10pm and asked for an early check in but the manager told us that the room wasn't ready. A staff person checked behind him to find out that the room was ready- he just didn't want to be bothered. She told us we could come back up to the desk at 2:30. Nothing happened between 2:10 and 2:30 - it was ridiculous. The woman who helped me was awesome and even she knew how ridiculous the manager and the other staff person were being. We didn't argue at all, we just asked what the purpose of an email being sent the day before asking us if we had any special requests was - there was no response which was also annoying, but it was not like we were asking to check in even an hour early! Finally, at night I woke up to go to the bathroom and there were bugs crawling around the bathroom floor and on the wall. We will never stay here again and we will be leaving a terrible Yelp and Google review as well. Terribly run establishment.

No housekeeping on weekends meant we did not come back to a clean and made bed and had to ask for towels.
The bed was a full size terribly uncomfortable bed. The 2 night stay was way OVER PRICED for what this place is. Very suspicious environment and I think geared for long term "rentals" .

Spoke to staff and because the room was dirty eith boogers on my sheets and toe nails in the bathroom they agreed to compensate $75.00. ******* needs to contact the hotel and credit my credit card

Nice hotel
The hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel was in a safe location, it was clean and the free breakfast was good. Awesome pool too. We didnt get a chance to use it but got a nice view of it

非常大的失望。我订的是2位成人和2位儿童,不幸的是,提供的房间只能容纳3人睡觉(沙发床包括一张单人床......) 无法换房间。于是我女儿就趴在地上了。空调既不能调节,也不能关闭,直接吹在沙发床上……我们只好把行李箱放在前面,稍微隔绝一下空气。我们选择这家酒店是因为有室外游泳池,但不幸的是我的孩子们没有在里面游泳……底部又绿又脏。浴室很脏,我重新洗了厕所和地板……午餐还可以。
令人失望的是没有制冰机,我们到达时游泳池已经关闭,房间里没有沙发床的盖子,小厨房里也没有可供 4 人使用的盖子。
