No housekeeping on weekends meant we did not come back to a clean and made bed and had to ask for towels.
The bed was a full size terribly uncomfortable bed. The 2 night stay was way OVER PRICED for what this place is. Very suspicious environment and I think geared for long term "rentals" .

Spoke to staff and because the room was dirty eith boogers on my sheets and toe nails in the bathroom they agreed to compensate $75.00. ******* needs to contact the hotel and credit my credit card

Nice hotel
The hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. The hotel was in a safe location, it was clean and the free breakfast was good. Awesome pool too. We didnt get a chance to use it but got a nice view of it

Not the best maintained Staybridge I have stayed at. The rooms could use a facelift and the pool area was unkempt and unsafe (litter, worn furniture, broken/missing handrails). The food options at the social hour were not very appetizing. The property was clean however and the staff were nice and helpful.

Wifi did not work for Nintendo switch. Pool was closed for maintenance. Auto switches like front desk did not work. Fairly clean. Beds are decent. Nice to have a microwave and fridge/freezer. Free breakfast was a nice amenity. Overall not bad but room for improvement.

非常大的失望。我订的是2位成人和2位儿童,不幸的是,提供的房间只能容纳3人睡觉(沙发床包括一张单人床......) 无法换房间。于是我女儿就趴在地上了。空调既不能调节,也不能关闭,直接吹在沙发床上……我们只好把行李箱放在前面,稍微隔绝一下空气。我们选择这家酒店是因为有室外游泳池,但不幸的是我的孩子们没有在里面游泳……底部又绿又脏。浴室很脏,我重新洗了厕所和地板……午餐还可以。
令人失望的是没有制冰机,我们到达时游泳池已经关闭,房间里没有沙发床的盖子,小厨房里也没有可供 4 人使用的盖子。
