The room was cool which was much appreciated as the sun was hot that day and it was a welcomed relief to walk into a cool room. We did enjoy the hot tub later in the evening at 10:00pm, it was quiet and extremely clean, we were very pleased.

The room was fine with all neededand wanted amenities. The front desk manager was excellent. The bar manager/waitress/server was completely overwhelmed. One bottled drink and an order of hummus was the order. Bottle came prompltly. After approximately 35 minutes, we gave up on the food and left cash for the drink. We never saw the seemingly only person waiting tables, making drinks, and serving drinks after the bottle was delivered. Was she also cooking food in the back? Very frustrating........

Love staying here anytime we come to Pullman. The staff is always so friendly and the hotel is always very clean. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.

This is my new place to stay in Pullman. I like the room setup so my husband can get up early and watch news in other room while I sleep a little longer in the cozy bed. The room design and setup are very well thought out. Even the shower had a shelf for me to prop my foot on to safely shave my legs. Go Cougs!

From the time we checked in (a little earlier than usual check in time), every staff member we encountered was so friendly and engaged. I also love that the pool is open from 6am-11pm! It will continue being my go to place to stay anytime I visit Pullman or Moscow.

Family Visit

Great property with a great location. Friendly staff, breakfast was as expected, the room was large and clean, the pool and exercise room were very good. Will be back.
