My room was very noisy. Noisy neighbors and ac/heating units. I complained to Donald, the manager. He said he would call me back. Never heard back from Donald. I'm not a satisfied customer!!

The faucet in bathroom sink was VERY loose. The faucet on the tub was also loose. The hair dryer was a wall mounter, but laying on the shelf. Breakfast fine. Coffee fine.

I had my ******* reservation and confirmation number printed out and on my phone.The hotel didn’t have any record of it. I had to pay again. The hotel was full but they were able to find me a room

Wood frame building made for loud noise from occupants above. No hair dryer in the room and went I went to the front desk they didn’t have any more.

经理不愿满足我们在大床房加一把椅子的请求。房间里只有一把椅子,供两人使用。
有人把我们的房间敞开着(可能是客房服务人员弄的)。房间里什么都没有丢失。我向经理汇报了此事,但经理依然漠不关心。
不推荐。
前台服务员Trixie很乐于助人,让我们的入住体验更加愉快。
