I am moving my daughter across the country with her cat. After 12 hours of driving, I appreciated the fact that the hotel allowed pets. We didn't have to struggle to find a hotel.

We always use ******* for overnight stops while taking road trips. Holiday Inn Express is the chain that we prefer. I love their sheets! It is very consistent from hotel to hotel, you know what to expect.

As soon as we walked in the front door, you could sense it wasn't real clean. Our room stunk. I burned a candle and the small still lingered. The bathrooms by the breakfast area hadn't been touched for two days. No soap. Towels all over the floor from overflow. A customer complained twice about the bathrooms. Finally someone went in with paper towels and soap. The food was good. The girl in there was super friendly and cleaned well. The elevator stopped on level 2 every time you went up or down. Not what you would exot out of a Holiday inn. W won't be returning.

There sloagan was literally sorry for the inconvenience. Asked for towels for pool several times nevet got any. Elevator was broken had to hold down button just to call elevator

Check in was easy. Got to room and toilet was not bolted down, trim missing on wall, furniture missing out of room, and trash was not taken out from day before.

The hotel was filthy; it smelled really bad of mold and the A/C did not work properly in any of the rooms so everything was sticky and humid. The bed & carpet were essentially wet every night from the humidity. It was also 40+ minutes away from the house/shopping/and restaurants, so it was not an ideal location to be in because nothing was close by.

The room was nice but the restroom needed ventilation. It was so hot in it when you used it. The sheets or pillows, I don't know which one smelled. The staff was wonderful.
