Room was clean, bed was comfortable and heat was quiet. My 3 most important requirements. We were asked to hang towels if not leaving so can use them the next day to save the environment but only had 1 hook. The one hook
was too high for me to reach. Could hear children running and people next door talking, but couldn’t understand what they were saying. Handy to highways.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Beckley was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again!

I would not recommend this hotel. This property is looking run down and in need of some remodeling/deep cleaning. Paint is scratched up, lots of dents and dings on walls, toilet seat, etc. Had a towel with a hole in it. Floor was sticky in places.
We stayed for 4 nights, and by the third day, our room had not been cleaned or restocked. We had to speak to the front desk twice to finally get our room cleaned. While the staff at the front desk was friendly, things were not followed up on timely. It seems there may be issues with management at this Holiday Inn. Not what I would expect from this chain.

Breakfast was fantastic! Door was a little hard to close, you can tell they painted over it and now it sticks. Overall, hotel was clean and quiet. Would stay here again!

Wonderful, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Bar and restaurant are a bonus. Nice outdoor space. Clean, comfortable room.

Initially, the property looked fairly new and clean.
We were disappointed that the breakfast was a $12 charge.
The elevators were slow.
The room was relatively clean except the blanket had food crumbs from the last occupant, the white grout was stained dark grey or black. There were dark stains in the bottom of the tub. The shower curtain was hung wrong so that it wouldn't slide closed.
While we finally got the AC to stop, we couldn't get the heater to come on.
