Property was well cared for and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thought it was reasonably priced and a good option for travel.

I loved the breakfast peppered eggs! The only part i did not like about the hotel is my window had a wall an inch in front of it so we went from viewing the mountains at out last hotel to not even being able to look out the wondow. We were told they coule not change it because i booked on ********** ....

Upon arrival toilet was not working, we went down to desk to change rooms, however the staff followed us up to room and looked at toilet and said it will be OK. We just continued to add water to tank and finally shut off. I could not bathe, had to shower, as the stopper to fill up tub was broken. Oh well, however, the breakfast was great!!! Probably will not suggest this property or stay here again. Fairfield is right next door, might try that one next time. Thank You

Room #424 has a bathroom that the fan doesn’t work! Maintenance should be done in every check out.

First, the staff was amazing. Breakfast was good and the woman working was friendly and very nice! Two things that were not cool. Number one, we checked in and were told the cable was out and being worked on. It never once came back on for our stay. We were told if we wanted any credit on the bill, we were to contact corporate by the man checking us out. Absolutely terrible to say to anyone paying 230 dollars a night!!!!! Secondly, the constant walking of the people above me was intolerable. I doubt I’d ever stay at this place again. Mostly because of the “call corporate for a complaint” line we were given. Shame on you.

The property and room were very clean, which I truly appreciated. The staff was friendly and attentive. The only issue I experienced was noise coming from the unit above me at night, which sounded like a pet moving around. If it was indeed a guest with a pet, I would recommend assigning those rooms to lower levels to help minimize the disturbance for other guests.
