符合假日酒店一贯的水准,床舒服,热水充足,有圆桌和写字台。服务热情。早餐不错。酒店位置离老城有些距离,大概步行15分钟左右。房间可看到山景。4月去看到漂亮的晚樱花。电梯旁ihg的宣传贴,很友好。萨尔茨堡很漂亮。
避雷避雷! 太可怕了!房间非常老旧,水壶杯子上都是灰尘,卫生间漏水,屋里有蚊子!
有安全隐患!窗外有个阳台,但是和同楼层的其它房间共享。隔壁房间的住客可以从阳台走到我们房间的窗外,如果没关好门,完全可以从阳台走进来房间!窗户隔音差,半夜凌晨2点,隔壁房间的人在窗外阳台上大声讲电话聊天,吵到完全睡不好!
早上9点,有人来敲门,甚至还尝试用房卡刷房门,我问是谁,说是housekeeping,我大声喊我们要退房了,她才不再尝试用房卡刷。
停车场很窄,车子长的根本停不进。总之非常不推荐!
位置好找,附近有很多不错的餐厅。房间干净也很大。
我们到店入住一切正常,放下行李就出去玩了,晚上九点多回到酒店,被通知换房间了,前台解释是他们没有在系统里登录我们的房间已有客人,又check in了其它的客人,结果客人进房间发现我们的行李,就跟前台吵了起来,结果前台就把我们的行李收到储物间了,感觉非常不好,在我们不知情的情况下,私自进入我们的房间,接触我们的私人物品按理说就是不符合行业规则的,因此我还丢失了吃的处方药和养生茶,前台人员还一直推脱责任,第二天早上和洒店经理沟通,开始她都不知道真实情况,只知道客人换了房间,但是不知其真实原因
酒店房间里的灯光有点暗,这是唯一让我感到遗憾的地方!虽然能看清楚东西,但总觉得昏暗,希望可以再亮一点。不过,房间本身挺宽敞的,洗手间用起来也很方便,这点很不错。走到米拉贝尔花园或中央车站大约10到15分钟,所以地理位置也还可以。总体来说,值得推荐!
前台服务人员很周到,可以寄存行李。房间整洁,带一个露台。位置不错,离车站景点都是步行半个小时的距离。
酒店离市中心和火车站都只有1.5公里,旁边还有商店。员工热情周到,房间干净舒适。唯一不足是照明不太够。房间是落地窗,我很喜欢。我们点了早餐,很满意。热食需要单独点,有各种口味的煎蛋卷或煎蛋。总体都很满意,强烈推荐!谢谢。
房间中规中矩,但是对酒店服务不太满意,竟然没有清扫。但是和携程平台反应后,回复处理迅速,问题有了满意的解决。这里给携程点赞!
这个价格,享受的是和国内二星差不多的设施和早餐。酒店首页的照骗是画,千万别以为酒店的外观长那样。房间在欧洲是大的了,其他都一言难尽。。。对酒店有要求的还相信品牌的千万慎重考虑。。。早知道我不如睡机场了。沐浴露和洗发液有的,其他都要自带。照骗不想拍了,怕手机有记忆不想再去萨尔茨堡
