非常好的体验,酒店地理位置还算方便,酒店服务态度非常好,前台很有耐心,房间干净整洁住的很舒服。健身房器械还算齐全,空间还可以。早餐很有特色也好吃!推荐!

第一次住丽思卡尔顿,相当满意,礼宾服务是超一流的,有什么想法酒店都能满足期待,完全宾至如归,早餐也是德国酒店里特别出挑的,完全理解为什么丽思卡尔顿会有这么多对它常有赞誉的忠实客户。
泳池不大,小池其实可以做spa温水池,凉水池运动用的池子确实偏小。房间设施有个别小磕损但瑕不掩瑜,电视连chromecast有点问题后来没用了。此外都是完美的,性价比也高,值得体验。
这家丽思卡尔顿在欧洲属于比较新的了,房间挺大,设施挺新,装修风格看过去让人感到放松。酒店入住还送了一些小甜品,而且每天都会补充,很用心。工作人员热情主动,各种服务都对得起这个价格。早餐是半自助半点单,非常好吃,种类非常丰富,很满意!
这次在柏林丽思卡尔顿的入住体验非常令人失望,与一家五星级酒店应有的水准相差甚远。
首先,虽然酒店在官网上写明是“宠物友好”,我在预订前也通过邮件确认过可以携带猫咪入住,并且曾看到有其他住客也带猫来过,但在我们猫咪不小心在床上拉了便便后,前来处理的女员工态度非常冷漠,甚至直接说“酒店不允许带猫”。这完全与我们之前收到的确认信息矛盾。她的语气和态度让我感到被指责,毫无尊重可言。而随后来清洁的男员工也表现出强烈的不耐烦和嫌弃,整个过程让我们非常不舒服。作为顾客,我们已经尽力处理了问题并主动告知,却得到了这样的回应,实在令人难以接受。
其次,服务方面多次出现严重问题:
• 我们夜间通过线上系统下单了食物,系统显示下单成功,但最后根本没有人送来,我们为了等待餐食熬夜,结果只能饿着肚子睡觉,没有任何人提前通知订单被取消或者出错。
• 有一次我们打电话要毛巾,对方承诺“马上送来”,但实际我们等了将近20分钟。这虽然听上去时间不长,但我们不得不因此滞留房间,耽误了接下来的行程,体验非常不便。
• 入住第一天房间内提供了一个复活节主题的巧克力甜点,我们当时并没有吃完,因为含有奶油,也不适合自行处理。结果直到我们退房,这块甜点始终没有被清理掉。房间的垃圾桶是敞口的,即便我们尝试丢进去,也很容易被猫碰到。结果猫咪真的吃到了已经放了几天的奶油,导致拉肚子。这不仅让我们非常担心猫咪的健康,也说明了清洁工作不到位。
此外,整体的房间环境和服务流程也不如预期,体验更像是一家缺乏系统管理的普通酒店,而不是一家国际顶级品牌。唯一值得肯定的是门卫团队,他们始终热情、礼貌,是整个住宿过程中少有的亮点。
我们选择丽思卡尔顿是因为对其品牌的信任,但这次经历完全打破了我们的期待,未来恐怕不会再考虑入住这家酒店。
柏林我最喜欢也最热情的酒店……我来参加半程马拉松,他们早上七点就给我办理入住了,这在欧洲是很难得的,而且没有任何额外费用……员工都非常友好,早餐也很棒🫶🫶🫶
非常棒的入住体验,浴室又大又豪华。地理位置还可以,在中央商务区,地铁交通便利,但不在繁华地带,这不算缺点,只是提一下。员工都非常友好。
酒店的位置很好,房间比较大,非常干净,服务很热情。设施比较新,保养的非常好。

我们在这里住了7晚,第一个房间电话是坏掉的,窗台和床头柜都是薄薄的灰,后面前台给我们换了个房间,住了一周 没有一天是睡的好的,至于服务只有前台和门童是好的,其他服务很差,早餐不新鲜,经常缺食物,服务也不好,最可笑的是最后一晚,服务员打扫时在我们不知情的情况下设置的房间闹钟⏰,一大早就被叫醒,内心无数个*****。
还有我们房间叫餐,等了一个小时还没有到,德国人***真的太慢了。根本不值这个价钱和五星。
