The room was kinda old and the air didnt work but overalll it was fine and my son got to experience room service for the first time so that was a huge plus

The staff were amazing. Check in was fast and the room was clean. Room service was convenient - the restaurant was exception and I always enjoy my stay. Even having the convenience of charging my EV before I leave San Diego to head back to Los Angeles is always a service. Thank you Westgate Hotel!

I did not have breakfast at the hotel just some toast but I had a marvelous dinner prior and Sarah was absolutely amazing in all her help. Staff was excellent got a free goodie because it was my birthday and I got to check out later because it was my birthday I definitely will be coming back here.

房间很大，但有点过时。景色很美，景点也都在步行距离之内。有游泳池也很棒。不过价格有点贵。
四十年前，这里曾是奢华的代名词，但如今酒店管理层却未能与时俱进。客房和公共区域大部分都维护得不错，但真正的短板在于员工。千禧一代和一些上了年纪的上班族让这家酒店感觉像是当地的贝斯特韦斯特酒店。就其提供的服务而言，价格还算合理，但称其为四星级酒店未免有些夸张。
很棒的住宿体验
酒店很漂亮。员工和一切都很棒。除了浴室抽屉里散发出的怪味，一点也不好闻。桌子旁边的地板上还有一个大洞。除此之外，床超级舒服。很喜欢两个淋浴间。
一家正式的酒店，专业的工作人员以适当的距离对待您。还有一个很棒的健身俱乐部，非常方便。由于比较正规，设施比较旧，但是还算干净。然而，我担心房间里有独特的气味。
酒店工作人员和前台没有礼貌。我不喜欢这个回应。
