For that reason, the concerns you have raised are being treated with seriousness and care.Your comments regarding the check in process and perceived lack of support at the front desk are concerning. Regardless of how busy a period may be, guests should feel acknowledged and assisted. I will be reviewing this with our Front Office leadership team to ensure staffing presence and service conduct remain consistent with our expectations.The housekeeping matters you outlined, including incomplete servicing and delays in replenishing requested items, also fall below our operating standards. A multi night stay should be fully serviced each day, and guest requests should be handled promptly and professionally. This will be investigated with our Housekeeping team as a priority.With respect to the swimming pool, our stated operating hours are from sunrise to sundown. Access to the pool deck remains available beyond these hours, however entry into the water after sundown is discouraged for safety reasons. If this was not clearly communicated or if the messaging you received was inconsistent, that is something we will address to ensure clarity for future guests.Regarding your reference to flies in the guest room, I would like to note that we have not received similar feedback of this nature. Matters relating to pests or vermin are acted upon immediately and with urgency whenever reported. Nevertheless, your comments have been escalated to both Housekeeping and Engineering for a thorough inspection as a precaution. 临近伊丽莎白港环形码头,交通方便,风景优美。地理位置极佳,俯瞰天鹅河,毗邻国王公园。房间宽敞明亮,河景视野开阔。员工服务热情周到,从入住到离店体验流畅。早餐丰盛,泳池环境宜人。无论是商务出行还是休闲度假,都是令人满意的选择。
酒店位置很好,去主要景点很方便。酒店礼宾部的人员特别友好,负责,确实值得点赞。入住前标注过一些特别要求,比如房间希望视野好一些,当晚到达酒店具体办理入住时,酒店一个印度裔戴眼镜男性值班经理说,没有收到任何备注,而且酒店是满房,所以要好的视野就要收费升级等等…态度也很冷漠,住了四晚的房间视野很差,是个败笔。
房间干净 设施齐全 新。接待的工作人员都很nice,主动提供各种帮助,细心。入住客人有两杯免费的饮料,一楼bar内食物好吃也不贵。今天看到了阿联酋航空的空乘机长一行人员入住,说明酒店品质还是可以的哦!
这次行程中住的最差的酒店,号称是五星级酒店,可以说三星都没有,各项都很差。
服务:1.办理入住等候超久,队伍很长,只有一个工作人员在处理其他两个柜台的工作人员就在磨洋工聊天也不会来帮忙。2.行李是自己拿的。3.在这里住了两晚,第二天外出回来房间和没有整理过一样,用过的勺子,空的纸巾,吧台的茶包和饮用水一样都没有整理或添加。打电话问他们要,纸巾等了快一个小时,茶包不帮忙补,咖啡胶囊也是等了一个多小时,饮用水说只有一开始的两瓶是免费的,其他都要收费。那请问住一晚和两晚有什么区别?
硬件:1酒店位置不方便,2健身房在地下室,最让人失望的是泳池的部分,入住时问工作人员说泳池的开放时间被告知日出开放到日落,于是最后一晚,赶在日落前回到酒店。结果被告知已经关闭。问题是此刻还没有日落,如此随意的更改开放时间是否合理?向他们反馈了,他们也只是表示没有办法,这个时间就是浮动的。还特别挑了带一个游泳池的酒店,真是讽刺。
卫生:房间有苍蝇,杯子有茶渍,沙发也不干净。
可以说毫无优点,绝对不会推荐的酒店。
酒店人员服务很好,设施也挺齐全,洗漱用品、烧水壶、冰箱、一次性拖鞋、保险箱都有,大堂有饮水机接水。酒店到珀斯湾(天鹅河)步行几分钟就到,酒店出门就有公交站,到CBD、码头、火车站、国王公园都在免费区域内(珀斯除了有几条免费公交线外,CBD区域内所有公交都是免费的),要去远处买一张7AUD的Dayrider通票,当天可以不限次的乘坐火车,非常方便。
春节来西澳自驾,这家酒店无论位置,舒适度都挺好,装修也新,早餐不错,很满意,性价比完爆国内春节的好酒店了。每天早上的latte都喝得超舒服,还有不同的拉花,最爱的就是早餐厅,很有感觉!
行政酒廊可以享用早餐、下午茶和晚餐,餐食和酒水都很丰富,这方面非常超值。酒店房间比较宽敞,出门走几步就是河景,适合休闲游。只是酒店没有停车场,周边停车贵不适合自驾,其他都很优秀。
比较舒适,适合带孩子旅游,有室外游泳池,出行很方便,就是酒店停车费有点贵。和好友春节期间在这里住了2晚,离超级好吃的苹果派店也很近,离国王公园也很近。
比赛结束我们要退房回到市中心,这样比较方便出行,果断再次选择这家酒店,主要是可以行李寄存,地段又好,酒店出门往左就可以下坡走到天鹅湖边,看晚霞朝霞都是不错的,门口出门随便哪辆公交都可以免费市中心游,离几个特色景点走路都可以到。唯一不足之处就是房间门需要改善,做个类似缓冲的关门动力,这样就避免了开关门很大声。老实讲,半夜12点左右被惊醒是非常难受的,早上六点多又是如此,有点讨厌。这个和住客素质也是有关系的,也不能说全怪酒店。
