位置很好,就在市中心,去哪里都很方便,门口就是很多活动的集合点。前台小哥哥服务都很好,房间也比较大,就是洗澡下水非常慢。早餐品种挺多的,还有中式炒饭,很惊喜!
这是我住过的最差的一家酒店,没有之一。安排我们入住的716房间不拉窗帘毫无隐私可言,站在楼层走廊尽头就能看清房间一切(所有楼层的16房间都是如此),和前台说了很久才勉强答应在第二晚换一间房。最可怕的是在衣橱里的地上有两个针头,到前台说了情况始终没有反馈,一次性拖鞋也是用过的没有更换(新的是用一次性扎带扎着的)。除了早餐还可以之外,没有一丝好感。真的太差劲了。
房间太小了,一月份两千多一晚单人间真的是小得要命,我在奥斯陆住了不同的两家丽笙都比特罗姆瑟的环境好很多,而且酒店的床垫太软太软了没有一点支撑力,这么贵的价格你们不打算换个好点的床垫给客人吗?一躺上去整个床都凹陷进去了。枕头也很无力,住了几天腰酸背痛浑身难受颈椎疼。酒店位置还行,但真的不值。
最后一天applepencil掉到床底下掀床垫发现床架子上有用过的棉签,收拾行李又发现镜子后面有别人的衣服吊牌和果核、餐巾纸,好无语。
唯一的慰藉是窗景ok。这个垃圾床垫值得一个我在携程打过的最低分。
去过罗弗敦群岛后,再看特罗姆瑟就属于可来可不来了。
位置:酒店位置不错,离码头也近。
房间:酒店走廊房间看着比较破旧,丝毫不像一个五星级酒店。窗外的景色不错,尤其是走廊大窗户室外的景色非常美。
服务:这家酒店退房寄存行李是自助的,不给寄存凭证,房间堆满了行李,门也敞开着,就看住客心大不大。
在特罗姆瑟坐缆车去山上看城市的景色,这个很不错,其它就一般般了。至于极光,冬天在特隆姆瑟、罗弗敦群岛都可以看到。

订的海景房前面被一大块建筑给挡了,卫生间的卫生打扫有点糟糕瓷砖上留有红黑不同的头发且连住两晚都还在,那位前台女性接待人员有点冷漠
房间不大,但是也都够用了。我们要的是海景房,又住在最高的10层。两个大窗户向外看去,景色非常的优美。远处的雪山和城市的灯光历历在目。
楼下大堂有免费的茶和咖啡。而且大堂里边旁边就有一个best arctic的办事点。我们报了三个一日团都是在那儿报的。出发的地方离住的也很近。总之是地理位置非常优越,非常方便。
入住办理比较慢。需要有点耐心。
房间比较宽敞,怕冷可以让前台服务送电暖器,有一次性拖鞋,浴巾也很干净,要自己带牙刷,酒店有备身体乳.

酒店位置很好,就在海边,和最北麦当劳直线距离不到500米,周边餐厅、超市环绕,公车站也很近,出行、生活都极其方便。但标间面积很小,升级大一点的房间会住得更舒服些。顶楼健身房view很好,还有个汗蒸房。
