Hurricane damage from 2024. Carpet dirty. Has a mold like stinch throughout the entire hotel. Toilet was dirty. Glass sliding door in room broke

Good for a one night stay
Stayed for a night as we had an event the next morning. It was suitable for a night stay. There was a lot of noise around us from balcony doors opening and closing which caused the walls to shake a bit. However, the room was comfortable!

The staff was so nice. There is no access to the beach and you have to walk down the street and go down a public path. The sliding door to beach was very hard to open and seats isn’t going to last much longer before falling through. The hot tub is closed. The pool deck is very uneven. There is no access to pool area if you are handicapped. The breakfast was just so so but my daughter really liked it. I did ask for garbage to be picked up on the second day and it never was. I hated it was piled up. I took out what I could to the trash can outside of room but that was full too. The property is in need of repairs and updating.

IMANI FRONT DESK ATTENDANT WAS RUDE, MEAN, AND DIDN'T WANT TO ACCOMMODATE UNTIL Asked to speak to Manager and get ********** customer service to speak to her of error that happened. Start of travel was disappointing and frustrating
非常干净舒适的酒店。早餐很棒，全天24小时提供咖啡和茶。海滩很漂亮，游泳池是恒温的。
他们应该更新网站。
如果我知道去海滩不太方便，我就不会预订那里了。他们无法进入海滩，因为他们把所有通道都封锁了，所以你进不去海滩。后面的停车场也被封锁了，因为停车场两端各有两个塌陷坑。制冰机也坏了。他们绝对应该更新网站，说明目前无法进入海滩，这真是太令人失望了。
酒店和房间都很棒。唯一让我有点不爽的是海滩通道关闭了。早餐很棒，我没什么可抱怨的。下次还会再来。我推荐这家酒店。
很不满意他们要收停车费。酒店信息底部用小字体写着停车费。如果加上停车费，应该可以住更便宜的地方。
我到达时房间里有一只蟑螂，食物很糟糕，接待我们的人态度很差
