This was a 5 to 6 STAR property. Excellent staff, one of the cleaness hotels ever! Room was perfect. Can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Our room was very clean. However, the air conditioning vent was blowing in our face in bed. The unit was very noisy as well. This made getting a good nights sleep very difficult.
The pool was ok but could have been cleaner. On a positive note, the morning breakfast was very good.

Really great space, clean hotel, lobby has activities while you wait and a mini ice cream bar.
The only disappointment was the room quality just sub-par for the amount of money. Plenty of space, but the carpet and bathroom are in need of replacement.
Horribly discolored bath tub, and heavy rust build up on toilet left much to be desired.

The place is immaculate. Staff is great. Breakfast is awesome. Hayden, Crew, Micha. Tan, Kendall, and especially Zack. We used the grills alot. Shuttle takes you anywhere on the Island. Pool with towel box. Hot tub/whirlpool is great. Plenty of space on the deck. We stayed about 25 days in all.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel provided a free shuttle for guests which was wonderful. It was very punctual.

This was our 2nd stay and we were very pleased. Pleasant staff, decent breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds. One of our favorite things is when the hotel puts out ice cream for the guests, they also have games for entertaining, free coffee and tea. I saw the hotel will be making some renovations soon and we look forward to seeing them on our next visit.
