体验很好,美食也不错。泳池浮潜也很受孩子喜欢,服务也很到位,下次还会选择大品牌。很愉快的一次度假体验。
之前看评价说给华人安排的房间只有四楼。。果不其然。。只有四楼,后面协商就给改了六楼,住了两个晚上白人基本16楼以上,。中国人都在四楼。服务国外酒店基本都是没有。。也没啥期待。还有就是早餐排队有点惊呆了。环境还行吧。和国内没办法比
我订的海景套房,给我的房间楼层也比较高,只是一共入住三晚其中有两晚灯都是坏的,关闭不了,总是自行打开关闭,工作人员白天专门来修理后当天晚上还是不行。酒店方面给了100澳币的消费补偿正好抵扣了一部分餐厅的消费金额,工作人员处理的态度也都还不错。酒店的泳池小朋友也很喜欢,能看到很多小鱼,这个很推荐!
入住当天晚上不到八点去附近超市买水,发现行人特别少,我是一大一小两个女的,所以在这边游玩的三天里每天都是白天打车去乐园,晚上打车回酒店,全程在酒店吃的饭,这点提示一下去这边玩的朋友~我想黄金海岸我是不会再去了……
每次来黄金海岸都住万豪,早餐很好。
洗发露等洗护用品盖可以随意打开,安全上有些担心。
下午6点之后游泳池没有工作人员也没有其他服务,游泳池也没有灯光,对于紫外线过敏的小朋友来说想晚上去游泳池游泳却没办法游,12月是澳洲夏天,天黑的也晚,希望酒店考虑延长游泳池关闭时间,毕竟入住都是来度假的,谢谢。
挺好的,两年前去黄金海岸就是住万豪,这次还是。但是这次没有备注,给了6楼。上次楼层高一些,不过没什么影响

入住黄金海岸JW万豪酒店的旅程堪称完美!一线海景房景观震撼,晨间日出与傍晚落日尽收眼底。客房硬件奢华,智能控制系统操作便捷,床品亲肤助眠。餐饮选择丰富,海鲜自助新鲜美味,露台餐厅海景配餐超有氛围。无边泳池、健身中心设施完备,服务团队响应及时且专业。毗邻热门商圈出行便利,商务配套也很完善,除晚餐需提前订外无短板,强烈推荐给高端客群!
不喜欢这个位置,出去对着大马路;毫无度假感,下面的人造景观看着也很普通、走到马路要一段距离,很不方便真后悔选了这家酒店;住客非常多、碰到周末要取号等吃早饭;早餐种类还可以;在澳洲这几天相对是多的、整个房间很大,双人房也很宽敞;卫生马桶设备和淋浴设备都相对老化一点、给安排了低楼层靠近电梯位置,寄存行李时候沟通一下说尽量能不能安排高楼层说没有选择,反正不会选择这家酒店了
位置可以,离轻轨站很近,如果去机场可以直接轻轨坐到底换乘机场大巴,非常方便。但不是最热闹的地方。走到海边不远。海景房看的很远,海滩和泳池很漂亮。
酒店位置太差了,和沙滩隔了三条马路,去个沙滩得走半天!适合带娃亲子蹲酒店玩!
假期价格贵了好多,定了两个房间,都给的最低的楼层。不如定美丽通,顶层双卧,天际海景,离沙滩近,价格还能便宜不少!
不知道为什么,第二天还没有给客房打扫,不知道是忘记了还是怎么了!
有个优点,床品挺不错的!
泳池本身和misono铁板烧餐厅好评!尤其misono餐厅一定要去吃,气氛太好了!
服务的话大堂前台不错,早餐自助餐厅和泳池边就完全不好和东南亚的亲子度假酒店比,说不出大缺点,但因为省人工,有些流程对客户很不方便,比如餐厅我要点煎蛋要先去餐厅前台点,就连四钻的voco都是可以直接和厨师说的,结果做好了还帮我送错到了隔壁桌…泳池边没人主动问你要房号发浴巾,到处问!才知道毛巾都放在一个大铁盒里要刷房卡才能开门拿!不问很难发现!房间中规中矩吧,卫生间很大!我订了海景,但海景远感觉没必要,泄湖景性价比更好,然后很烦房间电动门可能哪里坏了晚上很吵!还不如普通的门!
总结:虽然它没那么出色,但是就黄金海岸亲子度假酒店来说似乎也没有别得更好的选择,宅酒店纯度假住2晚够了,如果走行程还是选voco之类的性价比更高位置也更好!
