8月7日,由于我们地区遭遇龙卷风袭击,我们急需一个可以吸氧的地方,于是我在Streetsboro的Townplace酒店(通过trip.com)预订了一间房。
幸运的是,我们得到了一个电池驱动的氧气罐,一切都解决了。我们也不必把住在Parma的年迈父母接到Streetsboro来。
我联系了酒店,被告知无法退款,这没关系。
后来我再次打电话询问是否能办理抵用券,客服代表(Adam)告诉我经理不在,他明天会问经理。我告诉他明天就太晚了,他却说:“房间空着就空着吧。”
我告诉他这种服务态度非常糟糕,而且非常粗鲁。他(Adam)开始深呼吸,我告诉他,在电话里深呼吸也非常粗鲁,而且没有必要。
他说他会给经理留言说明抵用券的事。
8月8日到了,但没有人给我打电话。
我打电话到酒店,和Victoria交谈(请注意:作为一名总经理,她应该回去重新接受客户服务培训)。她说:“你已经打过三次电话了,我们帮不了你。”我当时在场,你第一次和Adam说话的时候我就在。她打断我的话,不停地说我们已经告诉过你了。
这不是真的,这取决于酒店的决定。
我可以告诉你们,我永远不会再光顾那家Townplace酒店了,口碑是最好的宣传。

酒店早餐几乎没有什么东西吃,好在对面有家沃尔玛,房间内有厨具,可以自己做菜吃。
入住很顺利。第一天我们一整天都在外面。回来的时候,发现厕所里全是棕色的水,里面还有“东西”。我打电话到前台,但他们马上就让我等着,所以我妻子就下去跟他们说了。当时已经很晚了,维修工不在,所以我们不得不用一楼的公共浴室,而我们的房间在二楼。早上我们也不得不用公共厕所。非常不方便。他们一点道歉都没有。那天晚上我们回来的时候,水很清澈,但马桶上仍然沾满了那些“东西”。真是太恶心了。
我们被告知早餐供应时间是5:30到10:30。我们最后一天早上大约10:15下楼吃早餐,但那位女士已经关门了,把所有东西都关了。我们进去拿早餐吃。她出来后非常粗鲁。她告诉我们所有商店都关门了,我们还没开门,但你可以随便吃点东西。我们告诉她,早餐供应到10:30,所以我们还有充足的时间去取餐。虽然应该有餐点,但由于她关门早,所以没有送来。受到这样的对待真是太令人失望了。唯一值得庆幸的是,打扫房间的女服务员找到了我妻子不小心忘了带的设备。
房间很不错,但厕所和那个粗鲁的厨房服务员彻底毁了这次体验。
除了一件事,我在这里的住宿体验一切都很好。床和枕头很舒服,早餐也不错,而且很干净。可惜的是,我的浴垫还没换,我去用的时候已经湿透了。淋浴间里还挂着一块用过的毛巾。
他们有我在“套房酒店”见过的最好的免费早餐吧之一。有很多新鲜和热食可供选择。办理入住手续很容易,我的床很舒服,携带宠物只需额外支付 25 美元,而且非常安静,尽管酒店几乎客满了。
住得很愉快
房间很棒,有游戏和厨房设备可以借用,厨房里有各种各样的盘子、杯子、锅碗瓢盆。工作人员很友好,乐于助人,早餐很棒!
我们经常从中西部前往东海岸探望家人。这是我们第一次住在这个地方,但从现在起,这里会是我们经常光顾的地方。从房间的设计到设施,再到早餐,一切都超出了我们的预期。酒店允许携带宠物入住,且不收取过高的费用。总体来说,体验非常好。

酒店说我们到达后预订被取消了。酒店不太友好地处理这个问题,因为我们不得不对服务员很粗鲁,尽管他们有很多房间。
