The staff was friendly, rooms cleaned and spacious, felt homy. The breakfast options were reasonable. I love the walkable location of restaurants. Easy highway assess. Oh but watch out for lingering cop. Theyvare ready to write tickets

Don't be fooled by the brand name

When i arrived to the hotel it was very dark. The light in the lobby were off and i didnt know if it was even open to check in. Got checked in and was hit with a surprise of a deposit and needing a credit card on file for damages however when i walked in my room the floor in the bathroom was cracked and the light switches was not working. My sheets had stain in them and the counter was burnt as well. There wasn't a ice chest and the fridge was not working properly. The iron leaked on my clothes every time i used it good thing it was hot outside.One last thing but certainly not least i saw bugs. I saw multiple big ants and a roach.

I can honestly say this is a downgrade from my previous experiences with SpringHill suites and SpringHill suites by Marriott. As a bonvoy member, I would expect to be greeted a little more pleasantly, given Wi-Fi information, giving information about when the pool would be open versus when it's locked, so you can't use it. The younger women at the desk this evening were more interested in their cell phones and personal things going on than they were checking in guest and being friendly. When I ask about when the pool would open up, I was told "sometime" & I then asked are we just guessing?! Like is there not a specific time? It's open and closed? I was told "aybe sometime between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. but that just depends on when they get here cause I don't know nothing about pool hours." I specifically had instructions on my account and called and verified those instructions with the property that stated I'm a light sleeper and so I like to have a room that is not next to the elevator or vending area. Guess what?! They were going to put me in a room exactly the opposite of what I asked for and right next to the elevator and vending ice machine. So I had to ask, did you read the notes on my account and she told me no. We can't see any notes on your account. When I asked for an itemized receipt because I booked and have to turn this in for work, I was told that I'd have to go download it myself at a later date since I booked with *******. This is not it. I booked two rooms. One room we met the door open and had to double check it was empty before going on... the 2nd room, shower was dirty, hair on shower curtains and the carpets. Microwave was not cleaned and room had a smell. We got in so late and was tired after driving 10hrs, we went to bed and left early as possible next morning.

Spacious room for a family of 5, with everything you would need including a microwave! Hotel is very clean, lovely staff and good choice of food for breakfast. Highly recommend!!!

Friendly staff, easy check in. Very convenient location, safe.

The pull out couch was only a twin trundle, only gave three towels, even when I grabbed more and they cleaned the room only left 3 towels with 5 guests in the room. The extra bedding for the trundle bed was not comfortable.

Breakfast, they took away the waffle maker so all the was offered was a few bagels, scrambled eggs and sausages and two cereals. Kids were bummed.

Very nice place , beds are comfy. Front desk very nice. Suggested great local fish rest / bar. New Berlin fish house fresh caught fish. It was expensive- mkt prices, Had all different fish . Definitely shout out to there cooks. Very nice experience.
