Normally it’s great. The first room I was given looked as if a rock star had trashed it. I was moved to another one by a very accommodating staff. My new room had an oiler that flushed only whe. It wanted to.

All the above. The professionalism of everyone. This will be my hotel when visiting Pensacola. The location was excellent.

Lights blaring outside our room all night.
Given a room that had an adjourned room via door, my wife did not like this.
Bed was uncomfortable.
In the morning the person in charge of breakfast lied about the cutoff time. So we did not get to have breakfast.
Overall I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone.

only booked at this hotel because of the hot tub and it was not operational during the whole stay. Trash cans were overflowing, there was a $5 charge for a breakfast that is generally free at other hotels. Had to go back to lobby because room key didn't work. Had to look for check-in staff every time, and once I wanted for nearly 10 minutes. Even if all had been good, this hotel was overpriced based on others. I'll not book here again.

Very nice hotel , very clean , staff was friendly . Hotel restaurant was very good, served a very good breakfast buffet .I was pleasantly surprised and had a great overall experience . And just around the corner is this little hole the wall taco place behind the service station . Really good tacos . Taqueria El Asador .

我们收拾好行李就赶了过去，但前台空无一人。我们多次呼叫，但无人应答。我甚至用手机多次拨打酒店电话，试图引起他们的注意。在多次呼叫之后，终于有一名员工从后门出来——光着脚——他承认自己也不知道该怎么办，所以也开始打电话。
总的来说，这次经历非常令人失望和焦虑。我们只需要休息几个小时就可以继续行程，而且我们之前已经尝试取消预订，以避免这种折腾。不幸的是，沟通不畅和混乱的办理登机手续让原本就糟糕的旅程雪上加霜。
