酒店回复: Dear Knarvie, We actually have a lot of knowledge of service animals. Obviously, you have to come in and check in at the front desk and fill out proper paperwork. We have video of you denying you had any pets with you until you acknowledged you snuck them in after we told you it was on video. We did make corporate aware of this and also made you a do not rent at our property. Being honest is always the best policy.

房间干净舒适，可惜我们楼层的其他客人一直关着门，大声播放音乐，直到凌晨 3 点左右。我们几乎没怎么睡觉。
我们真的很享受这次住宿。位置优越，早餐美味，员工友好，房间干净宽敞，感觉很安全。唯一遗憾的是，整晚沉重的关门声有时会让您无法入睡。
