The front desk staff and housekeepers were very nice. The room was clean.
My only issue was how thin the walls and windows are. You can hear when someone flush their toilet and you can hear the buses/cars/airplanes, but for that area to be as busy as it was, the noise wasn't loud.

A great last minute stay due to a winter storm. Really close to Midway airport and pretty good food options within walking distance.

Holiday Inn was clean & convenient. The shuttle was a nice plus. I thought the price for one night was a bit high. My flight was canceled & I picked The Holiday Inn because I always enjoy staying there.

Great shuttle to and from Midway. But on the downside the shower didn't work. Water came out of the faucet for the tub but didnt have time for bath. Spoke with hotel after the fact and they just apologized. Which is nice but when paying $270 for one night I would hope my shower would work. I would expect at least partial refund offered for the inconvenience.

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was hair all in the tub and on the toilet as if someone shaved. The tub filled up when trying to shower. The heat didn’t work in the room. Then the worker at breakfast was rude for no reason.

美国酒店很国内相比就是设施旧，价格高。这家酒店也是，而且还没有免费瓶装水。地理位置就在机场边上，整个园区有十多家酒店，有巴士接送去机场！
性价比还可以
