Check in was painful. We were there early so they wouldn’t let us check in without paying $40. We decided to have lunch and come back. When we came back at 2 pm they’d still wouldn’t let us check jn but we saw them letting other customers check in with the IHG rewards that you can get online for free. They didn’t tell us that when we arrived. We would have registered in a minute to be able to check in when we arrived and rest. It seems they’re desperate to charge those $40.
Then the room. You can hear the traffic nearby day and night and the bathtub and sink drain were slow. The bathtub was not as clean as you’d like it to be. The bed was really uncomfortable, old, the squeaky springs type. Overall I’ll never come back to this hotel.

Was a great location to use shuttle / train to city. Breakfast was very good. Room was very clean.

美国酒店很国内相比就是设施旧，价格高。这家酒店也是，而且还没有免费瓶装水。地理位置就在机场边上，整个园区有十多家酒店，有巴士接送去机场！
