The room and staff and hotel as a whole was nice besides the pool area…the water was cold and they had the air on instead of the heat and this was during the weekend in November that it was cold and snowing

The doors slamming at early hours of the morning was irritating, waking me up. There is no breakfast items provided. I had to pay for 2 boiled eggs. The woman at the front desk was very kind getting the shuttle driver to come back and pick me up.

Between having to pay an extra thirty dollars to park and finding out that the pool was not clean and cold, so my son wasn't able to go in.It was really disappointing. All he wanted to do was go swim.Somewhere?And it was way too cold for him. So I had to spend more money to take them somewhere else.
