Great but also NOT so great.
Check in Surprise- $30 DAILY parking charge and parking was not secure- anyone comes in.
Desk Staff- Perfect. Excellent.
Room- 2 Kings (hard and dented on ntstand sides, full sz sofa bed. BIG TV-great.
A/C Heat unit-Smelled. FILTERS WERE FILTHY. I tried to wipe off the worst, and then washed them in tub bc dirt/dust was flying. Well, the tub drain was clogged so water filled up and the dirt went everywhere and I couldnt get it down. I put the filters back. But- the A/C did not work well- temp wouldn't regulate and kept shutting off.
SHOWER- TERRIBLE. NO PRESSURE. SLOPING TUB WALLS- NOT SAFE.
Housekeeping- I left instructions to leave the bed linens and room alone. I bring my own to accommodate my stability leg and neck needs. It takes awhile to set it up and can be difficult to put it the way I need it to be if the hotel bedding is tucked tightly. Iasked them to ONLY clean the tub and empty the trash. I had also moved furniture & fixed the room with peepads for Annie (SD) and her food/water bowl. Hotel staff didn't honor my request and returned the room to original condition! I had returned to the room hoping for a nice leisurely nap bf the next obligation. I was exhausted. NOPE- I had to set the entire room up again and it took alot of effort for this disabled person. I was already worn out.
Good points- Suzette and her friends took great care of us and did everything possible to make our stay pleasant, in spite of the room problems.
I also loved the size of the room.

Nice room, clean and comfortable. For some reason water didn't get very hot on the first morning, good on the 2nd. Maybe construction underway had an impact?

The hotel room and area were excellent but the front lobby was a bit under construction so it wasn’t perfect but I’m sure it will be!

Everything was fine save for the needed reconstruction at the front entrance, meaning we had to enter thru a small back door at the end of a hall. Also, the next time you and the allied hotels jointly buy a shuttle van, get one with more steps. The final one, from the van stairs to the pavement was a foot-and-a-half vertical drop. Even in daylight,it would have been a nazard. At night--when I arrived--it's downright dangerous.
