The staff was very friendly. Cleaning could be better. The food was nice and there was a good variety of food. We preferred a la cart.
The hotel is located close to the center of the town, but also surrounded by nature.

I really enjoyed staying here during a long weekend. Karpacz can be quite busy, but this hotel is located on a hill road, and therefore, in a quiet area. There is a parking available (which tends to be full on the weekend), but you have to pay it extra (no free parking on site). Breakfast was excellent, served in a huge room, with an incredible variety of foodstuffs. But the juice from the machine was really bad - you must solve this! The hotel has an indoor swiming pool (with children section), with jacuzzi, and sauna. This is really a family-friendly hotel, with a playroom for kids, full of toys. In fact, the hotel was full of families with children, and is also pet-friendly. Spacious bar with a good selection of beers. A bit annoying procedure when you want to charge drinks to your room: they ask you to "open a credit" in the reception... This is a nasty procedure that ALL hotels should ban, since it denotes lack of trust in the clients, and makes clients feel uncorfortable. Some staff had trouble with english, but you can survive with some german. Would definitely come back, despite of the opportunities for improvement.

nice indoor swimming pool, nice restaurant. reception did not speak english at all, only german and polish, luckily my wife is polish otherwise we wouldn't be able to check in. the room is outdated and could use a refurbishment

登记入住简直是一场灾难。虽然预订了两间房间，但接待处的女士认为只有一间房间被预订了。我们出示了多次预订文件后才得到第二间房间。因此，请始终随身携带您的预订文件！
房间和泳池都很陈旧，急需更新。但除此之外，它非常古雅，尤其是餐厅。但你要知道，似乎每个客人都带着一只狗。你一定会喜欢在餐厅里感觉自己身处动物园的感觉。
