frontdesk staff that checked us in were rude, like I was a homeless person that wandered in off the street because it was late and I was wearing a camo baseball cap. As soon as he buzzed me in the door he shouted from 100 feet from the front desk ‘can I help you with something sir?’ yes I’m checking in. ‘name sir?’. How about you wait until my son and I get within 30 feet of the front desk and then ask us. passive aggressive prick checking us in. Then we got our luggage from the car and returned thru the lobby he just completely ignored us like we weren’t welcome. Was my fourth stay at your property, and it will be my last.

The room was small, needs were very soft, the door to the bathroom shut really hard & lock was broken, only 1 mirror

The door locks weren't working and a staff member had to let you in your room each time. That made it difficult to run to the car for something or eat breakfast all together.
Seemed to be only one person handling everything: front desk, breakfast, and letting people in the rooms.
Breakfast food and paper products needed refills and service, but then again, it seemed to be all one person and she couldn't do everything.
All in all, it was clean and quiet and basic service was courteous and good.

The only complaint was there was staining on the chair and foot stool.but other than that the room was very nice.staff was awsome..would stay again

The staff was incredibly friendly from the jump. Engaging and approachable. Older property but has everything you need. Comfy beds. Clean. The kids loved the pool. Us adults loved the patio. Safe environment. Great yard for football. I would have no issues staying here again.
