Easy access. Typical.. but perhaps overpriced. I like to walk after a day of driving and the location didn’t offer any safe areas for walking nor did the staff have any suggestions.

We arrived and our room door was ajar which was alarming. The sheets smelled very chemically treated, but the bed was comfortable. The room was dusty and there were roaches in the bathroom. The pool was moldy. Breakfast was ok, but the fruit was not fresh. Staff was very friendly.

我们遇到的每一位员工都很友善体贴。电梯有点损坏,但只是一些外观问题,比如划痕和剥落。酒店房间还不错,没有什么特别之处。需要在薄纱窗帘的底部放些重物,这样就不会被空调吹得四处乱飞。

前台人员很友好。酒店比较老旧。我们一楼房间的窗帘上有霉菌,房间里也有点霉味。房间其他地方很干净,但有一股怪味。楼上的房间很吵,很烦人。早餐很普通,还算可以。
原来的房间糟透了——霉味四溢,椅子状况极差,马桶盖没有盖,也没有网络。经理把我们换到了另一个房间——不然的话,我们早就搬走了,房费也白花了。第二天早上,咖啡里的牛奶都酸了。万豪酒店的服务真是糟糕透了。
原来的房间卫生间很脏,水槽里还有头发。我们之前打电话订了残疾人淋浴椅,他们保证会有,结果却没有。我们换了房间。房卡也用不了。到了新房间……床头柜的装饰都剥落了。没有充电接口。电话也打不通。前台服务员一个人在工作。据说总经理在“物色”淋浴椅。真的吗?万豪还是速8?真不满意!!
带孩子旅行,他们总是盼望着在酒店泳池里游泳。从德克萨斯州到密歇根州的路上,两家酒店的泳池都因为各种原因关闭了。所以,当发现费尔菲尔德酒店的泳池也关闭时,我感到很失望。
预订房间、入住和退房的整个过程都非常便捷。一切都是一流的。
