My granddaughters were looking forward to swimming after we returned to the hotel at night. The pool was closed and did not open the following day either. Very disappointing

Something possibly inside of the lights when first entering room. Killed about 5 flies in the room that kept showing up near that particular light. Wasn’t staying in room long so didn’t ask for change but had a battle with some flies

The room was clean and elevators were operational which was a plus. There wasn't any water for sale in the vending area. The coffee area did not have artificial sweetners available. The bed was comfy and the TV was big! Not a bad place to stay. Under renovations, which isn't bad, but if you are looking for a place with a pool, I would wait as it is being remodeled at this time.

When we went to put something in fridge previous guest leftovers in there along with a dirty food stained washcloth. Fridge was also not working properly to keep stuff cold. Bathroom tube drain very slow, water backup while taking shower.

The Amenities at the bathroom sink was a bar of soap. No place to hang cloths anywhere in the room. Microwave was dirty. Pool was shut down for remodeling. The elevator floor was filthy. Hallway cart was full of stains. Was a big banner hanging in front of the entrance that was bright red with the name of the hotel printed on it, "Dubuque Inn & Suites". Dubuque was spelled."Dubuque"!

The pool was closed for renovation. This was disappointing since it was advertised as having a pool and we were expecting it.

False advertisement by the current Owners is rampant. The photos depicting the spaces and rooms and pool and front desk are actually computer renderings. The room itself was in medium condition, however every other space was torn apart under the very slowest renovation ever. Many comments from previous guests saying it is under renovation...but the length of the renovation is not supposed to be years long pricess with spaces taken apart being the normal typical operating condition.
A huge part of the reason we chose this location over another similar one was due to the pool available listed. No pool available here, false advertisement. The Hotel app and Google and Choice app all say the pool is available when booked the trip, thru now today. That is plainly false. The pool has been closed for renovations for multiple weeks it seems, and is no where close to opening now. My kids were very unhappy that they could not swim at the promised pool on the trip.

The pool and gym area were closed due to renovation. The free wifi was for 60 minutes. None of this was announced before booking. Price paid was for a much higher level experience. Very disappointed child.

Bathtub and sink didn’t drain. Water was over my ankles in the shower. It took 23 minutes to drain.

酒店不错，城市边上高速边上位置很方便，而且是盖的是被子不是摊子，附近还有中餐馆，走路开车过去都可以。
