It’s always our sincere hope that all of guests have an exceptional stay. We strive to achieve superior guest satisfaction at our property, and to hear that we have not exceeded your expectations is disappointing to us. I wanted to take a moment and personally apologize for your experience during your recent stay with us. I am so sorry there were issues with the pillows and you were not happy with where the tv was located. I can completely understand how inconvenient and frustrating that can be, which is never acceptable for our guests. All of our TV's swivel so you can watch them from the bed or the sofa. I've alerted the Maintenance team to the room you were in to make sure the tv is not broken. I've also let the Housekeeping Department know that the pillows in that room were not up standard and we need to make sure they're replaced. If you ever need toiletries, please do not hesitate to stop by the desk and we can get them for you. It's no long a Marriott Standard that we keep lotion in the rooms. We understand that guests need it occasionally so we keep it at the front desk. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss your stay further or if there is anything else that I can do for you.
