The hotel restaurant and bar were very pricey. Check the prices before you order. Not much food for the price. The bed was not that comfortable. But it was clean.

Needs a serious remodel

The hotel is in major need of a remodel. I felt like I walked into the 1970’s. The sofa’s were sunken and stained terribly. The bed creaked with every movement. Woken up at 5am with horrid itching on the back of my legs and back. Would not return

I’ve stayed here many times over the years but now This hotel needs updating … I probably won’t stay again. It’s dated, not the cleanest and restaurant food is really terrible.

I would upload pictures if I could. The water was brown, and the chair in our room was not dirty, it was filthy. These two things alone made it seem like everything was dirty. The room was out of date by electronic charging standards. There was no coffee in the room, although there was a coffee maker. We will not be staying at this property again, and do not recommend it. However, the front desk staff, all staff actually, were very nice and the room was cool.

I booked two rooms for me and a co-worker. We checked in and were only in our rooms for a short period of time before heading to dinner. On our way out to dinner, my co-worker requested a new room due to finding stained pillows, facial hair in the sink (as if someone shaved), and bobby pins/hair ties all over the floor. She was upgraded to a junior suite because there were no more regular king rooms, but she did not get into the suite until after dinner. At the time, I went in with her to find an extreme mold type smell, more bobby pins on the floor, a rusted out tub/shower, and once I left she sent me a picture of toe nails found on the floor. Back in my room, I too found that I had a rusted out tub/shower but then I stepped on something the size of a quarter that was wet and slimy. I was barefoot so it grossed me out. While taking a picture of it, I stepped on another similar substance by the bed. I backed up to look at it and saw something under the bed. I took a picture, and this time the flash went off. The first two substances looked like maybe greenbeans mushed together and then the last substance looked like maybe chewed up meat and something white. It was disgusting and at that point, we packed our bags and left. We maybe spent a total of 45 minutes in either room.

Dirty and in disrepair, but staff was friendly.

The room was so dirty and in disrepair. Bed was uncomfortable and the hallways smelled. Bathroom had gross stuff on the side, a dead spider in the corner on the countertop, and the A/C was literally cracked open. It worked but just kind of highlighted how run down the place is. Staff was nice.

It was close to the event we were attending.

Property itself was not an 8/10. I’m not sure why it would be rented in the condition it was in. Very unsatisfactory.
