Room seemed clean but the carpet looked dirty. The shower was tepid and when I inquired about it was told that the side of the hotel I was on had a problem with the boiler. No offer to move my room to the other side of the hotel where the hot water worked. I checked out 2 days early.

The elevator was broken and the only room available was on the 4th floor. We asked the front desk person if the elevator is broken often and she said “unfortunately, yes”

Room was very clean. Bed was sooo comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly. Loved the free water bottles!

The carpet on the third floor was filthy!
It requires a deep cleaning or to be replaced,
Our room, #332, was made with an obviously dirty bedspread. Not at all what we expected from a Hilton property.

Room was pretty clean, floor was dirty, shower had mildew. One room we had to switch because the musty smell.
Couch was frumpy and mashed flat, ceiling had water stains. staff was excellent.

They advertise breakfast is included. Big sign "breakfast $15" and did not have drip coffee only Keurig cup.
