Room was fine. Staff made it not very welcoming. Not helpful and passed responsibility to the next shift and then couldn’t accommodate as told the evening prior. Poor customer service as no energetic welcome it was very cold and routine. Stated here being a platinum member and no sort of recognition for that and our loyalty to the brand!

It was great. But I would like the option of asking for daily housekeeping to at least make the bed. I don't mind keeping the towels for an extra day and even not having the bathroom cleaned, but I would like to have the bed made everyday.

Very clean, nice room. Only downside was the bed was not very comfortable. Worked for our needs getting into airport late. The hotel itself was very nice. We would stay again.

Amazing place to stay with my husband. We loved relaxing in the hot tub after many hours of traveling. Staff was so friendly and suggested places to see locally. Would definitely stay again!
