the tub in the bathroom had some serious rust stains and needed to be resurfaced. wallpaper was peeling in the corners of the bathroom. the breakfast quality/variety has also declined. front desk staff are as kind and welcoming as ever

The floor of the shower needs to be refinished with a new coating. My 3 year old son thought it was dirty and didn’t want to bathe in it. The tv remote is either in need of batteries or is failing due to age; the remote barely responded when used.
The breakfast was not good at all.

The customer service was good, but hotel is in dying need of a remodel. There was a lot of rusted areas in hotel. We were glad we only booked for one night. I think once the upgrades/ remodel is done the hotel will improve slot better. Definitely not worth the price for the condition of the hotel, that fell in a motel status category.

First we got an in cleaned room. The hallways and room were barely cool. Air conditioning was not great. The room we got had a dirty plastic cover over the outside of the window. Making it impossible to see out the window. The mattress we slept on was so worn out. Lumps and a canal in the middle. Not to mention it felt like we were slanted with our heads being much higher than our legs. Needless to say we opted to leave early
