First we got an in cleaned room. The hallways and room were barely cool. Air conditioning was not great. The room we got had a dirty plastic cover over the outside of the window. Making it impossible to see out the window. The mattress we slept on was so worn out. Lumps and a canal in the middle. Not to mention it felt like we were slanted with our heads being much higher than our legs. Needless to say we opted to leave early

The location was excellent. It was near many dinning and shopping options. The room had an odor and most likely needed to have the filter changed in the room. Did like having a microwave and fridge in the room. The rooms should be checked for Co2.

One of the beds was broken. We called down to front desk and the clerk stated that she would have someone come and look at it in the morning. Employees were very nice and kind. The breakfast area was very congested and they had some type of delivery in the morning during breakfast time. Some of the tables were not available because boxes were on top of the tables. The breakfast selection was good.

The breakfast was a disappointment for me. I am gluten-free and when I walked up to the person that was doing the breakfast I felt as though it was an imposition to ask for gluten-free bread.
Then she came out and just put it with all the other bread and bagels and didn’t even tell me it was there I had to go find her again and ask where she put it. Those that eat gluten-free should have these items marked and they should be separate from the other items
When I complained to someone at the front desk she treated me as though it was no big deal. She actually said to me well, don’t let it ruin your day!!!!!
