Room was in decent condition and staff was very friendly and helpful. The heater didn’t work in our room, the tv was glitchy, the pool was freezing, breakfast wasn’t very good (not much selection and items were stale or very dry), and got charged for parking, which seems really ridiculous for the location. Also, got charged for two vehicles because we had two rooms but only one vehicle.

The room was great! Staff were warm and welcoming and I was able to check in a bit early. Breakfast was very good. The only thing that bothered me was the charge for parking. Only $3, but not something I have seen done before?

An add on parking charge? Not disclosed in the price? I mean to charge a customer for parking to stay in one of your rooms? This is not NYC or LA. Do you expect people to park other places and walk to your hotel?

Environment very pleasant. Breakfast had a good variety & tasty. Bed was not as comfortable for me, tho my husband slept well.

Climate control was good. Door to the bathroom kind of in the way since it opened into the bathroom. Kept hitting it while in there.

Bathroom fan didn't work. Ran out of tissues and toilet paper.
Only got house keeping on time.
Had to pay to park in an unsecured parking lot. If I'm paying for parking it should be secured
