The room they updated is to was dirty. The hotel rooms are very outdated and the air conditioning doesn't work very well in the room.

My partner and I only stayed for one night, but we both liked the room very much.
Parking is attached, so it was an easy haul for suitcases.
My only complaint was about the check-in process. We tried to check in about 90 minutes early, and the staff was only just arriving at the desk. We were told there was a fee. Understandable. So, we waited. We ate and came back to the desk 15 minutes early and were told to wait or pay the fee. We sat in chairs opposite the desk for 15 minutes, and then checked in. I get that rules are rules, but that was totally silly.
I really liked the shampoo and conditioner. The room was updated and super clean. Best hotel shower I've ever had (great water pressure, and hot water came really quick).
Bonus tip: If you walk outside and go down the street passed the train, there's a little pedestrian walkway along a crick. You hear a lot of road noise, but it's a nice little walk.

The parking garage was difficult to navigate. Having no one at front desk to checkout was inconvenient. I was not the only person walking around the hallway trying to negoiate the space between the two elevators.

Very nice hotel.
The room was nice and staff were very friendly. My only complaint is the mattress was very uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep much and my body was sore.

The room was fine ,clean and well appointed .The desk did ask if we wanted to be near the elevators or not , we kind of thought that odd ,untill we were getting ready for bed and heard the noises. It sounded like a cat scream or young kids fighting.turns out every time the elevator went up rubber rollers somewhere screached to a stop so between 2and10 times an hour till 1 am or so .... .We're kind of used to it with kids at home and for the 1 night lived with it . A couple on honeymoon or working on a business trip might not feel so relaxed to this kind of annoyance.

Easily the cleanest ****** I have stayed in or been to, EVER. Literally every surface sparkled. Loved that it was non smoking, too. Our shower in room was a little wonky but still had great water pressure. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend to friends.

The room was very dirty. The floor had trash and used, dirty towels were still hanging from the shower curtain. When I asked for a clean room the staff acted like I was lying, offered me two new towels, and said there was nothing else they could/would do for me.
