Friendly Front Desk staff. Clean and quiet room. Very convenient location, walking distance to most everything. Reasonable rates. We liked having a fridge and coffee maker as well.

Very Nice. One thing I noticed was there were no Hangers in the closet. Staff was very nice. The pillows were way to Puffy in size, smaller would feel better.

Always a quiet stay and in the best location in black hawk for the price. Only limitations are the limited hours of the desk staff.

The rooms are severely outdated and the hotel is pretty dirty. You're better off booking a room at horseshoe, way better!

The hotel was clean the cleaning people were the best. The front desk people was awesome they greeted you as you walked by the desk. Only complaint I had with the hotel room was need some TLC repairs.

The room they updated is to was dirty. The hotel rooms are very outdated and the air conditioning doesn't work very well in the room.

Door to bathroom squeaks loudly when closing - not good at night as it woke up my wife. Toilet paper holder in bathroom is loose and falls off. Basic maintenance is needed.

There was no way to get any air movement, the room was hot and it took until 4 AM to cool down. I don't know if they had the unit on heat only but it was not a pleasant experience.
