房间里的电视收不到本地频道。冰箱关不上。我为此解雇了前台的女士。由于当天维修人员不在,前台的女士把我调到了另一个房间。那里的冰箱和电视都正常。经理玛丽人很好,非常乐于助人。我需要延长住宿一晚,玛丽非常乐于助人,帮我办理了续订手续,让我保留了原来的房间。
第二次入住,客房服务人员在上午11点退房前开门。我要求延迟到中午退房。客房服务人员在12点前开了三次门。最后一次开门时,灯还亮着。我男朋友上夜班,想在退房前睡一觉。
