Everything was nice, except the bathtub backed up and I wound up standing in water for every shower. Drainage not good in Room 316.

The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, the tv greeted me with my name on the tc screen. Staff was great and nice, housekeepers are friendly. Pool was nice and fun, Overall great stay!

Perfect for stopping at while traveling. Room was clean and as described. Friendly, professional staff. The included continental breakfast was great for a fast, filling breakfast.

Great location right by I-25. Lot of construction makes turning into the access road difficult, but that is not hotel’s fault. Nice front desk staff. Good cold breakfast, a little more options would have been nice, but fresh and good-quality. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub! Appreciate the focus on sustainability and design.

Road construction meant we had to drive way out of our way and double back from a different direction in a town we aren't familiar with. At booking it says "Free Breakfast ", but at checkin we were told that meant they offered a bagel bar for breakfast. We found out that meant there were a few plain bagels, a toaster and 2 types of packages of cream cheese. The rooms are clean, but very basic, much like Motel 6. The elevator was not shut down, but should have been because it did not work. We had to haul our bags down the stairs. The bathroom in the lobby was out of paper towels and I had to use the toilet seat cover to dry my hands. It was obvious that i wasn't the only one who had to do that. The price was not high, but higher that I think it was worth.

Staff was very friendly, the elevator wasn’t working, they don’t have toiletries in case you forget a toothbrush. Some of the toiletries in the room were out and when I asked they said they didn’t have any. The bathroom fan doesn’t work so bring an air freshener. The location was great! I don’t know if I will stay again. It was also very clean.

There was no coffee maker in the room the way the details said there would be. I drink coffee all night because I am up with a teething baby, so it was very inconvenient.The coffee in the lobby when I checked in at about 9pm was cold, even though the employees said it I could get some anytime. If it was just for morning they should have said that. If it was for 24/7 use they should keep up with it. The shower stopper was broken. We had to use something to hold up the stopper while we showered. The couch was dirty with stains. We opened up the couch bed and there was about an inch smear of blood on the sheets. The windows in the room towards the inside of the hall, not to the outside, would not completely close so the light was coming in. The rooms are also not very sound proof. We could hear the other kids just taking and laughing on the other side of the hall from inside our own room.

作为希尔顿荣誉客会会员，Spark 酒店贬低了希尔顿品牌。
入住体验很棒！工作人员非常友好。唯一的问题是房间很热。空调无法很好地覆盖另一个房间。床单上还有污渍。沙发床垫不舒服。装修不错，但其他一切都显得过时了。
