Missing splash curtain in shower.. Was careful to not splash water on the floor.. other than that, all good..! I will be back

The staff was great and the check in was quick and easy. The room was great with an open area. The temperature was great as well. The pool and spa was fantastic and relaxing. I would come here again.

Really nice and comfy hotel the rooms are really big with a separate living room area. Seems pretty new, not too much wear and tear. The bed was really comfortable. There's a huge indoor pool, the fitness center is very minimal. The free breakfast didn't have any hot foods just cereal, oatmeal, bagels, but at least there were some boiled eggs.

This is a great place to stay if you don’t plan on spending much time in the room. Breakfast was decent but facilities could use some upgrades.

The bathroom shower was dirty the light ceiling fan was rusted filthy and didn't work leaving a moldy smell.

作为希尔顿荣誉客会会员，Spark 酒店贬低了希尔顿品牌。
这是一家管理不善的经济型酒店。到达酒店时，门外竟然有无家可归的人。房间很脏——浴室地板黏糊糊的，没有洗手液，被子也很脏。我们只能睡沙发，却没有床上用品。我们向前台要床上用品时，他们给了我们一个枕头、一张床单和一条被子。他们说枕头用完了。房间里的电视坏了，水龙头漏水。
入住体验很棒！工作人员非常友好。唯一的问题是房间很热。空调无法很好地覆盖另一个房间。床单上还有污渍。沙发床垫不舒服。装修不错，但其他一切都显得过时了。
泳池和热水浴缸很脏，水浑浊不堪。泳池水温很低。我们房间的空调噪音很大，前台说会修，但我们入住期间他们一直没来。
