Beds were broken down and sagging in the middle. There was a short in the in room coffee maker, shower leaked and a large wasp nest on the balcony. The room was clean but dated. Front desk service was good. Lucikly we only had to stay 1 night.

Overall a decent clean, quite stay. Bathroom was way too small, hardly any counter space and not equipped for disabilities. Disappointed no options for those needing disabled accommodations. Internet speed slow. On the plus side was quiet, clean, bed comfort ok.

Motel conveniently located to shopping centers and restaurants. There was a Chili’s attached to the building. Located not to far from the freeway. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a mini fridge but no microwave. (One was in the breakfast area) The reservation system was down when we came to check in. The assistant mgr came in on his day off to help with the situation. He had to personally take each guest to their room because he had no way to know if the room was occupied. The computer technicians had been called and by the next day the system was back on line. We enjoyed the hot breakfast options. We were visiting St. Louis and this hotel was in the next town over about a 15 minute drive. Our room was not made up the following day but we called down to request room service for the next day and it was provided. I would stay here again.

The room was overall just OK. Fairly clean, just basic, no frills, but that is to be expected. The room was very quiet.
Our toilet ran the whole time, which was super annoying during the middle of the night. There were two tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner that were both about half used. We had three people staying in the room so that was pretty inconvenient.
Conveniently located with lots of shops and food around it.

Sone of the desk staff were t very friendly, and that makes a difference. I requested a first floor room when I made the reservation and was put on a higher floor. They was told it was first come, first served. It was also at the end of a long hallway! Probably won’t stay here again…He didn’t seem to care about my request which was made due to my heart and lung health issues. There is rust in my bathroom sink and tub…could easily be removed with rust remover cleaner. Cable was out for a day and desk staff told me very snarkily that I needed to be patient. I did not inquire about this rudely at all! I was curious if it was all rooms and wondered if there was a guess on it being fixed. I was surprised at the attitude. Convenient spot to stay, but there are others.

Not perfect but great stay!
The place is just starting to show its age unfortunately. A few bumps on furniture no matter the area and rips in carpet but over all still very nice experience. And very busy so the wear and tear is understandable with amount of traffic. Staff was amazing. I have had horrible experiences with at past hotels so trust me they are very kind and hard working. Breakfast was delicious! But the tavern isnt in use anymore which was disappointing but there is still a chilis on site and so many options in walking distance. Great location and felt so comfortable.
