No elevator. Pool was out of service. No gym. The young man at the front desk was incredibly friendly. Breakfast is danishes, cereal, toast and plain bagels. Juice and coffee. No good proteins. Outlets in the room are loose so items don’t stay plugged in. Room had a urine smell to it and sink didn’t drain well. It was a place to sleep but will not stay here again.

The jetted tub in the room didn’t work, and the pool was out of order as well. It would have been nice to know these weren’t available when booking the room. The toilet in the room overflowed, and the front desk employee handed me two towel and a plunger, and told me to go plunge it.

这家酒店破败不堪，刚被新集团接手。泳池和热水浴缸永久关闭。房间虽然干净，但很破旧。早餐种类少得可怜，是我住过的最差的。需要钥匙才能进入的安全门被禁用，任何人都可以随时随意进出。我们入住的三天里没有客房服务，还得自己想办法找人送干净的毛巾。房间里有虫子，所有家具和地毯都有磨损或损坏的痕迹。
千万别住这家酒店！
房间脏得要命，公共区域也脏得要命，浴巾都湿透了，都能透过浴巾看书了（见附图）。冰箱和微波炉都没打扫干净，浴室更是脏得令人作呕。除了这些，丽笙酒店真是太棒了！！
我订错了日期。我打电话给酒店想纠正这个错误，但被告知“政策”不允许改期，只能延期。那天明明有很多空房，我也承认是我的错误，但因为是突发紧急出行，我希望他们能通融一下。这或许是政策，但服务态度实在太差了。我已经预订了另一家酒店。
这间旅馆脏得令人作呕，第一晚我们就在床上发现了一只活蟑螂。水压低得可怕，就像有人往你头上撒尿一样。房间打扫得也不彻底，而且服务人员态度恶劣，即使有人在场也一样。四天的住宿期间，我只见到一个工作人员。空调几乎不起作用，灯具上积满了灰尘。地板黏糊糊的，床单上还有污渍。这样的住宿体验根本不值将近300美元。我们以后绝不会再住这里，也不会推荐给任何人。旅馆外观陈旧、杂乱，到处都是烟头，整体来说，他们的管理实在令人尴尬。我希望他们能好好整顿一下。
