Checking In- Dry Attitude. Room- Requested Smoke free- Had to Spray room down every night with Air freshener. Breakfast- should only be listed as unattended continental.

Check Out Same Dry Attitude. Complained about toilet and sink. No response. never corrected.

This property will do if you just need somewhere to lay your head. The check-in lobby looked just as homey and pristine as advertised on the web. The personal accommodations, however, were a disappointment. My room had cobwebs, dead crickets, and sticky spots on the floor. The smell wasn't the greatest, but not too overwhelming after a while. I probably won't stay there again.

I was given a room under a loud nosy group of people, screaming, banging on the wall, we came here to get some rest after driving from South Carolina & yeah no rest tonight so we’ll be on the road sleepy tomorrow, they advertised breakfast, but say they only have muffins, wasted money & not to mention my son disabled

The drains were slow in the sink and tub. The air conditioning units don't really pull the humidity out of the air, so everything (our clothes, towels, etc) felt damp all the time. The hotel advertised on ******* that they offered free continental breakfast but it was just muffins bought from a store and coffee from a machine vs fresh brewed. So that was disappointing. But the staff was wonderful and overall the place was quiet and clean.

Updated rooms

Recently renovated rooms that are spotless and modern. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. A fantastic choice if you’re looking for a clean and updated hotel experience.

The hotel had recently been renovated, and our room was sparkling clean! My one complaint: no coffeemaker in the room. Alas. But the bed was comfy, the AC worked wonderfully, and it was very close to the places we needed to go. We didn't avail ourselves of the free breakfast, as it appeared to be mostly carb options (cereal, pastries, waffles), and we like a little protein first thing in the morning. But the breakfast area was clean and tidy when we peeked in. The staff was courteous, and checking in and out was an easy process. Traffic on Garrett Road can be a little hairy if you're coming from the east and traveling west on I-20. Do not take the exit Google Maps suggests. Go down to the next exit, turn around, and come back. Better yet, look at the map ahead of time and take the back roads. It'll save you some stress! Overall, we were quite pleased, and would stay here again.

It was okay.

The room was decently clean, but the staff presence was nearly nonexistent. The breakfast was limited to only a hostess pastry and black coffee. The pool was not open for use and the staff claimed "new management" would make improvements soon.
