The room is clean. The staff at front desk is friendly. However, the continental breakfast was awful. There were very few choices, moreover, even before 8 am, the foods were either empty or almost empty. There was a staff who walked around to ask customers what they need, instead of filling the empty trays where the food was supposed to be provided in enough quantity. Never saw hotel like this.

Very noisy all night from the busy street outside. The room wasn’t very clean and we even found a giant cockroach in our room. Poor breakfast buffet with limited options. The lawn around the hotel was nice, but water logged, leaving feet soaked. Would not stay here again.

I was very impressed with the room that very neat and tidy and very relaxing soft bed. Cleaners and maintenance people were very nice and always on the go. Front desk person was very pleasing, polite and informative. The following morning, I was surprised to see that the breakfast lounge packed right on the dot 6am. My Overall experience at Stevens Inn.. 5 stars.

It may look like an older hotel from the outside, but rooms are refreshed. Everything was extremely clean. Almost spotless. Would definitely stay here again.
