The pool was not open our entire stay, hot water was very limited, our room smelled like **** (we were in a "non-smoking" room, and the full breakfast was a joke!

We stayed one night , the lady on the checkin desk was so nice & friendly, the accommodation was fine . Breakfast was dreadful ! No hot food , just toast & no butter , cereal...that was it ! Would not return because of this

My family and i recently stayed there and it was under new management this time. When I got my room key it wouldn’t open the door, went back and she activated it again, tried again still didn’t work and kept going back. She basically made it seem like I didn’t know what I was doing and then she finally came and it didn’t work for her either. She had to find me another room because the battery on the door had died. My new room reeked of cigarette smell but besides that it was clean and the bed was comfortable. My grandmother’s room had a fly infestation which we notified them of immediately and they did not address it. Had to go the the local Walmart for fly spray and fly swatters. The breakfast was the worst part. When I went down I initially thought breakfast was over due to the limited options. They had coffee but no sugar, only generic Sweet N Low and Equal. The apple and orange juice were extremely sweet and had to be diluted with water. There was Raisin Bran and Frosted Flakes but no milk, had to ask them for some. There for 4 yogurts in the fridge. Only fruit option was apples. Only pastry options were mini banana nut muffins so if you have a nut allergy you’re s.o.l. The hot food looked and tasted gross. They had a waffle station with no syrup. Asked the gentleman for more and he brought me the GFS jug and told me to pour my own cause the top to the dispenser was stuck. Eggs were dry and old, the sausage and gravy was water thin and the meat tasted funny like not real.

Don't stay here.

Healthy? Maybe. 2 types of flake cereal, orange juice, 3 or 4 mealy apples. No meat. Taco style egg/cheese thingy. Worst coffee ive ever tasted.

My room was not clean. The carpet was spotty, stained and dirty. I had get management to send someone to re vacuum it. The screen to my window was partially separated from the window and barely hanging. I reset it. My window with the screen hanging was left open when I got to my room. The room was hot because the window was left open. I request a refund please. Thanks.

Room appeared to be clean but the floor was peeling up, tile come off bottom of wall and baseboard off, saw several roaches, and the person on duty did nothing to accommodate me! I was given a smoking room and I

I’d stayed there before when it was under a different management and I do not have a good experience and neither was the property taken care of but now since I am under new management, it’s a lot better it’s the pool is actually open. I had never been into the pool area because every time I’ve stayed there before which was quite often for a while till the guy made it. I never seen the pool, but it is so clean and big a lot bigger than I thought. I will be back.

The reviews I seen before I booked were good so I guess it all depends on what you are accustomed to. My room was okay but everything was stained and made me feel like things werent clean. Every single towel was stained and even my pillow cases. Late at night I felt unsafe and had to call the front desk becsuse there was a man yelling and banging on the door next to mine really loud around mindnight. I thought the water didnt get hot but the front desk told me that you just have to run it for about 10 minutes first. The sink leaked water from the faucet also. It was giving motel vibes for sure. I will never book there again.
