The parking was very good and there were enough spaces in the lot. Staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast had lots to choose from. The room was clean and inviting.

Nice breakfast. 2 waffle makers. They got the bread slices in individual ziplock, great so they don’t dry out. Reception staff is friendly. It’s easy parking. Just one star off as there was still a towel from prior guest handing on the hook behind the bathroom door. Easy walkable to many restaurants.

其他缺点：价格偏高，但物有所值。房间不太干净，非常拥挤。没有真正的浴室，浴缸就在马桶旁边，房间里没有地方放东西或水槽。这是一个6人间，我们4个人住进去，已经非常拥挤了。接待服务也乏善可陈，我感觉自己像是在打扰别人。泳池很漂亮，但很多客人穿着普通的鞋子在泳池边喝酒、吃东西、打牌，尽管这是被禁止的。浴巾也不够。真是败笔。考虑到价格和品牌的高标准，我预订了贝斯特韦斯特酒店，对服务还是抱有期待的。
我们周五下午入住，周六早上退房。我们的厕所和淋浴都关了，晚上11:45他们问我们是否要换房间。他们打电话到我们房间的时候，我们已经上床睡觉了，所以这显然是没有发生。他们说早上6点之前会修好水。但水没修好，我们不得不在离开前换到另一间房间洗澡。这耽误了我们在双子瀑布的最后一天假期周末。
物超所值
七月一家人住了一晚。一切都很棒，只是酒店不太安静。可能是空调的原因，一直有嗡嗡声，但这并没有影响我们睡个好觉。
房间干净，工作人员非常乐于助人。我们也非常喜欢室内泳池和热水浴缸。我们住得很愉快，没有任何问题。我推荐住在这里！

昏暗破旧的汽车旅馆。我们住过的最差的Best Western Plus酒店。
