Room. Had pull out bed. No extra pillows, sheets, comforters in room. Went down to desk and they let known that they didn’t have any more pillows and so we had to use blankets folded up.
-room never was cleaned, when sign was removed off door every morning, early.

Great hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Only issue is fitted sheet was too small for the bed. Would highly recommend.

The parking was very good and there were enough spaces in the lot. Staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast had lots to choose from. The room was clean and inviting.

Nice breakfast. 2 waffle makers. They got the bread slices in individual ziplock, great so they don’t dry out. Reception staff is friendly. It’s easy parking. Just one star off as there was still a towel from prior guest handing on the hook behind the bathroom door. Easy walkable to many restaurants.

Pillows for the bed were sofa size. Too small for the bed. Air conditioner/heater combo was put on air conditioner but wouldn't come on. In the middle of the night it came on and was too cold but wouldn't turn off. Unplugged it and advised the front desk of the problem.

Check in was not perfect. Room was okay. Hallways, carpets dated and not cleanest. Breakfast was excellent
