The room was just fine. The beds were very comfortable and the roo. was clean. The gentlemen at the front desk when we checked in was not very friendly and seemed like he didn't really want to be there. Never said hi or hello. He just asked for my name and credit card and said here's the key.

Staff was friendly, room was nice. Good water pressure in the shower at a hotel is always a plus! There was a dirty wash cloth left in our shower but I can understand missing it since it was hanging on the shower head and it was a festival weekend, cleaners were probably trying to move quickly.

This was our second time staying at this property for the LTL festival. Everything was great, the room and common areas were clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional, lots to choose from and if you walk away hungry it’s your own fault. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even provided a shuttle to and from the festival for guests, which was a nice surprise. There is a beautiful pool in the front that I wish we could’ve used but it was closed for the season. Lovely flowers and shrubs in the front as well. Next time we are in town, we will definitely book again. Thanks for everything!

房里床很舒服。整体环境还是蛮不错的，房间也很大，还会每天来打扫。服务人员的态度也很好，推荐。但是看了一下，好像没有洗衣房

下午3:40入住，我们的两间房还没准备好。听到工作人员问经理：“客房服务一整天都在忙些什么？” 又等了20多分钟，他们才给我们找到了两间房。我们要求他们挂上“请勿打扰”的牌子，他们说会把牌子送到我们房间，但始终没有。泳池边也一直没有毛巾，每次都要问。前台的客户服务态度很差……我知道周末人特别多，但没必要这么粗鲁，总是打着私人电话，根本不想帮客人。
完全不明白为什么这家酒店评价这么高！
住宿体验糟糕透了。泳池关闭了。大堂的卫生间也关闭了。房间的卫生间很脏。床硬得像石头。床单上还有可疑的污渍。幸好我们睡在被子上面。在浴室里都能听到隔壁的声音。卫生间太小了，关门都会撞到膝盖。淋浴的水压完全没有。早餐不错，员工也很好。
泳池关闭了。
我特意为了泳池住在这里，结果我们入住期间泳池关闭了。我女儿非常失望和难过。
